A super upgrade from our old outdated microwave. Has a lot of easy to use features. Larger than our last one but looks really nice with the fridge and range we have in the black stainless.

Beautiful design . Very stylish and easy to operate

I bought this microwave to replace a 2 year old Samsung that broke. I had a reputable repair company come out and look at it, he warned me not to buy Samsung microwaves, they are expensive to fix. Unfortunately the rest of my kitchen appliances are Samsung SO the OCD in me (yes I actually do have OCD) wouldn't let me get another brand. Microwave is quieter than previous one. The plastic turn style piece that moves the glass plate around was bent up and the plate wobbles. I am hoping that after some time the heat will make it go back down and all will be well. that has been my only complain with the microwave. it used the same wall mount my previous microwave used BUT I had to drill new screw and power plug holes up top. should have kept them in the same place..

This microwave works just fine, and it looks really nice with my other Samsung applicances. My former microwave had a feature which this one does not have, that is, one touch on numbers 1 through 6, immediately provided that much cooking time. I miss the ease of that type of operation. The touch pad on this applicance requires a much firmer touch than I am accustomed to using. The light switch and the fan speed switch are not easy to see, and thus are not user friendly. On the other hand, this microwave was inexpensive and easy to install.

has all the features and the looks of a great microwave.

Microwave works very well. I had issues to turn it on as it was in the "demo" mode and I did not know what it meant. After changing the settings it works perfectly. This is a simple tool for whomever does not need specific functions, but it does the job very well. I would recommend it for a townhome or an apartment.

When we were shopping for a microwave, we were surprised to find that many had a flimsy feel, particularly the doors of many felt weak and wobbly. This microwave has a solid feel, and both the interior and exterior are attractive. I particularly like the oven-like enamel on the interior. Performance has been great as well, with plenty of power and even heating. The only thing slightly unexpected is that the rotating glass tray does not sit flush with the base, so there is a wobble if you place pressure on the empty tray. Doesn't wobble while cooking and hasn't affected performance. Overall a great microwave.

This microwave was purchased as it was one of the few options that would fit into the space above the stove and between the cupboards. It was bought to replace a GE branded microwave. I believe this and the old GE model are the same unit with just a different badge on them. It was easy to install, reasonably priced and looks good. It works well, cooks fine. I have no complaints. I gave it 4 stars as it's stainless steel and difficult to keep clean. Not really a problem with the brand or how it cooks. Stainless steel is just difficult to keep clean and I did want to give it 5 stars.

Looks great and works great. Haven't had any problems and deliver and installation was great.

Looks good. Cooks good. Came with a rack for the middle that just ended up tucked away on a shelf and never used… maybe someday. My biggest annoyance is that you can’t set a timer while the unit is cooking. The dinosaur of a microwave that this replaced was capable of it. I don’t get why newer units don’t. Sadly after about 2.5 years it developed a loud buzz that goes away when you open the door and then starts back up soon as you close it (and I don’t mean while cooking.)

I am remodeling my kitchen and upgrading to all stainless appliances. This microwave looks great. It operates like any other microwave. I really like the large size of the turntable. I would give it five stars except that I could only compare it to my old microwave that lasted 15 years and I have only had this one 3 months.

Love that my microwave is easy to use and it is nice and big for my large family to use.
