    I was so excited to buy this microwave. But the new piece itself came as defect piece. By the time i got handyman it was over 15 days. After fixing it didn't work so called best buy. They said since it is over 15 days they don't accept returns or can't exchange. Had to call Samsung. They said same and said they will repair it. The repair guy is taking forever to come and pick it up. But very unhappy that I will end up with a repaired one without even using once

    So far so good. Two items that need improvement, are the install instructions, which weren't bad but the template didn't match up to well. The other is that the push buttons don't accept your touch as easily as we would like. Hopefull that is just a breaking in point.

    We put this over the Samsung slide-in convection gas range and they go really well with each other. I was a bit concerned at first since the exhaust fan is in the middle instead of 2 fans on 2 sides. But the fan is strong without being too noisy. Besides the standard microwave, it has different cooking and baking modes that I'm still exploring. I love it.
