Looks good and fit into old microwave space with ease. Easy to operate

This microwave oven has been very easy to use and very dependable. It also looks very good with our other stainless steel appliances and fits perfectly for size where our previous microwave was.

I bought this microwave (ME 18H704SFB) out of necessity as mine was very old. It is a big oven but you really don’t have much of a choice as to sizes anymore. It is a nice oven with a rack and turntable which has an on/off button. It also has sensor cooking. The only complaint that I have is the key pad. The buttons are very hard to press. I do hope they become easier with time because this is very annoying when you don’t have the greatest strength in your fingers.Other than that,it seems to be a nice microwave oven.

I bought this microwave to replace a Kenmore one that was past it's time. I have to say that this machine is beautiful. It has a great stainless steel in the front and it feels very sturdy. Installation instructions were very clear and it took me about 35 minutes to install it. The extractor's fan is very strong and works great. The sensor cooking is very good and the size inside is big. The inside coating makes it easy to clean. So far my only complain is that the buttons on the front panel need to be pressed a bit harder than usual, I don't know if this is because it's new or is just the way it is.

This microwave is amazing, very stylish and sleek. Has all the bells and whistles you could imagine. Only minor thing I don't like if you are using the timer you can't use the microwave. The installation instructions were very simple to follow and took around an hour or so to install.

This is a great microwave. It works efficiently and is very quiet. It reheats food effectively. I have had it for a little over 2 months now and have baked potatoes, defrosted food, steamed fresh/frozen vegetables, constantly reheat food, etc. Overall a superb buy for its functions.

It's huge. I love the inside is so nice. Easy clean up. I bought the stove and fridge and had to match and get microwave. I went with the up grade. Really love the inside. Just keep in mind it's a big microwave.

This microwave was extremely easy to install after finding a video on youtube and using the packed in templates. The item works great and is fairly quiet. We've had it operational for about 2 months now and I have no complaints. The chrome plated shelf inside the microwave makes it easy to heat two things at one time and it is extremely spacious.

We had this microwave for about 2 days and the magnetron (heating element) went out and stopped the microwave from heating. We spoke to Best Buy and they were really good about setting up an appointment to repair it pretty quickly. They shipped all the parts to the house and the tech showed up on the appointed day and was very knowledgeable and got it fixed. Hopefully, it'll keep working now. So far, so good. Otherwise, it's a very nice microwave with a ton of features and it's super quiet. Really bright stove lights and super powerful exhaust fan. Very pleased.

Replaced a Kenmore with a samsung. Great price and features

This is the first above range microwave that I've ever purchased and it's not as good as I expected. First of all, I'm not convinced that the sensor cooking options work well. They have set time frames and don't seem to cook any better than someone doing it manually. Also, I would expect a newer model (2017) to be more impressive. The buttons are like any average microwave where you have to sometimes push a button twice because it didn't register the first time. I would expect a more advanced interface that's smooth and easy to use. Also the lights underneath are not that bright. I know I'm being picky here but in order to be a five star product these issues would have to be fixed. Other than that it's a nice product. Looks nice, cooks things, not hard to install as long as your home is set up for it (I had to create a new outlet).

This buy is under our budget and solve every purpose what we needed most. Best thing is the warmer,,,,gr8,control panels and programer is really easy to use.cooks.heats and defrost evenly.Turntable holds large size dishes.Sensor cooking is easy.Its look is good.

This is a great micro wave. The only issue I have is that you cannot use more than one function at a time. I cannot use the timer and then use the warming time at the same time like my other microwave. This is something I just need to get use to. Good product.

Love the easy clean, oven-like interior and the fact that it is not plastic. The sensor cooking works accurately and evenly. Easy to use. Only frustration is the stainless shows prints and is hard to get rid of smuges. Operationally it is great
