After recommendations from other people and my good luck with Samsung products, I replaced my old GE Profile XL1800 with this model. works as it should and has the features that I wanted. As always these overheads are a two person install, but the diagrams and instructions help make it a little easier.

This microwave matches our other appliances and looks clean and sleek. It is straightforward to operate and has all the features we need, like automatic defrosting and sensing for reheating.The inside is easy to keep clean.

The microwave is sleek, nice, and works great. Double rack is nice, and the finish inside makes it easy to clean. The ECO mode is good and the microwave does what it says it will do. The only con - it's a bit heavy during install and the instructions stink.

It's a microwave! It works. Plenty of inside space, They did a great job of matching it to the suite. It comes with an installation manual. You will have to experiment or forget the OPTIONS buttons O-1, O-2, etc. There's no "Users Manual" to look to for explanation and is not available at Samsung's website either. Best Buy does not offer built in Microwave installation. (drilling into cabinets and wall for mounting brackets which are obviously different from your previous oven. . The guys were nice, though were on a schedule. It took two people to install the Microwave and wasn't difficult nor easy. . I have a house full of Samsung electronics and love them. It might have been too soon to purchase their appliances. I went for the "look", price and Samsung quality. "Lifes Good" seems appealing after two months with Samsung Appliances.

This microwave is much bigger than the one I had before, but it fits nicely over the matching Samsung gas range and really completed our new kitchen look. It has all the features you need to reheat and cook a variety of things. The microwave was dented when we first received it, and whether or not Best Buy or the delivery service was responsible for the dent, Best Buy made it so easy to return and shipped us out a new one in 2 days. They also arranged for it to be picked up at our house so we didn't even have to lug it anywhere. I know it doesn't have to do with this product per say, but I really just needed to mention how awesome the customer service was!

Very easy to used and look good with other things.

We bought this along with a matching Samsung Range and Refrigerator. It's intuitive to use, I've only used the manual once to learn how to adjust power level. Basic functionality that you'd expect from a M/W is A-OK. As an added bonus, I love the powerful over-range fan and modern LED lighting underneath. Great value for the price.

So far I am happy with this microwave. It does a good job although the sensor heating sometimes over cooks. I need to learn more about the different features but I like having it over the stove and it’s relatively quiet.

we had to replace our oven so we went ahead and bought a microwave. It is bigger than our original and works great. I was always told no metal in the thing, but it comes with a metal shelf. What is that all about. the installation was a huge challenge. I measured the holes for the cabinet screws, but when the unit was push up on the clips the holes were not aligned. I followed the install directions and put the plans on the walls, but the holes did not match the unit so I ended having to drill more. My tip would be to either pay the crazy 129 in install cost and let someone else deal with it or if you are like me and Tim Allen, take your time and make sure everything is level and measured correctly. When it comes to the cabinet screws - screw them into the microwave until they are about 1.5" high. Put some paint on the screw top and then when you are tipping it up the screw heads will hit the underside of the cabinet and mark it for you. That is where you need to drill your holes.

Bought this with a set, easy to clean, works well.

I bought this awhile ago during remodelling of my kitchen, well the work isnt finished but the microwave is in place. I am waiting for my kitchen to be completed before i use my new appliances...It looks great in its place. I have had my mind set on this microwave since day one. I read a lot of good reviews on this model.

The microwave got rust around the door. It has never been exposed to humidity, worst case scenario my mother may had cleaned it with bounty with water, which dries very fast. Soend more than $12000 on Samsung appliances for my new house and add geek squad to all the appliances. Samsung said that its not covered on the warranty and i had only had the appliances for less than 3 months. Cosmetic is not covered and there is nothing they can do Edwin Garcia the supervisor reassure it. Im very dissapointed at Samsung will go in person to the store because the seller said any problem will ge covered, even accidents. Ill update my review to see how it goes. Now they said the color is stainless steel not the material. If they send a technician and its a cosmetic problem they will charge me the visit, thats what Edwind said, after I pay the 5 years guarantee, incredible!

works great, easy installation, well worth the price

Works as described only one week old but so far so good. Replaced a GE micro had similar dinensions other models seemed To be to large for the space. Buttons are a little hard to push and microwave doesn't have a quick 1 button start.

really cool sensor cook function...really spacious

The price first caught my eye but when i compared it with the rest of the microwaves on display, i chose this model for its simple features and great look but i was surprised that it is easy to operate which is an added bonus.

This microwave has been very practical for family use. I don't generally cook in my microwave. I use it mostly for pre-prepared foods and for warming up dishes. It doe baked potatoes especially well with a sensor that cooks them perfectly.

Shame on me for assuming Samsung would build a quality micorwave just because they build good TVs and phones. This is a very mediocre micorwave. The buttons are hard to push, and must be pressed hard to register a push. You cannot cook and use the timer at the same time!!! How stupid an oversite is that. Every preset setting overcooks (e.g. popcorn burns, reheat scortches). The button layouts are confusing. The only positive thing I have to say is that I like having 4 fan speeds. I regret buying this, and wish I stuck with GE.

It is stylish. I like the 2 under counter lights. The sensor feature cooks things for the right amount of time. The directions for using the sensor are inside above the door for easy access. One problem The glass turntable comes off of the turning mechanism during almost every use and has to be repositioned. After checking the one in the store I found that this turning piece does not stick up as high as it should. I have ordered a replacement microwave and hope that it does not have the same problem.

This Samsung replaces our 7 yr old Samsung that just stopped working. We felt Samsung still has the best on the market for the best price. It matches the new stove and dishwasher we also had to buy. I guess we're sold on Samsung products. Lots of features...maybe more than we will.ever use.
