This microwave has several settings I haven't mastered yet but over all it is easy to use. The vent is pretty quiet and works well. Overall no complaint. The templet for the installation was a little off but easy to correct

The Stainless Steel Samsung 1.8 .C.F. Microwave is an excellent choice. It looks great and works great. The popcorn sensor makes it easy as all you have to do is hit the popcorn button and it automatically sets the time and it doesn't matter the size of the bag. Excellent choice to purchase.

Our microwave went out at the most inconvenient time. Went to Home Depot and they had NO Microwaves in stock. You had to order and wait...really!!! Went to Best Buy and they had the exact same one we wanted (in stock). After installation in a couple hours we were back in business!!

I purchased this one to replace the exact same model that had unfortunately failed previously. I'm going to chalk that up to a fluke and hopefully this one lasts more than 1.5 years. It senses the heat of your food and can adjust accordingly, great for reheating leftovers and pizza.

Microwave is wonderful. Beautiful and works great! Only issue would be that the keypad is not lit - so hard to see at night.

Very easy to operate and the disc rotated nicely and it’s easy to clean , and that’s important! One will have fun reheating pizza , we so enjoy our microwave ! Thanks Best Buy and thank you for having a sale we bought all Samsung items for our new kitchen

I was a little hesitant installing the microwave myself but figured if I could not do it, I would have the Geek Squad come out. Easily installed with the help of my wife. You have to open up the microwave and flip the blower if you do not have a vent. This caused a few minutes of confusion trying to flip it as described in the manual. Works like a typical microwave as far as the minutes cooked goes. I had never had a microwave that "sensed" when your food was cooked. I put in leftover lasagna, had to use the "cheat sheet" in the door to see what setting number to put it to. I did wish that I did not have to use it, I would rather choose "casserole" or "Noodles" instead of a 1 or a 2. But the good news it worked! Cooked it all the way through with no cold spots. I was impressed.

Nothing special here. It does what it is supposed to do and it is easy to clean inside. As with most microwaves, the mounting templates are super flimsy, making it more difficult than it should be to install.

I had done my homework comparing different makes and models and read the reviews from buyers. When I decided to buy, most retailers were telling me 3 weeks to get it. Best Buy had it for me in a week.

We have been very pleased with our new over the range microwave oven so far. The controls are very user friendly, and everything seems to function as it should. We were also very pleased with the installation process. At the time of purchase we were able to actually schedule a specific time for the install, instead of having a 12 hour window as with most other retailers. The installers called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled, which worked out well for us also. The actual installation process was efficient, the old microwave was uninstalled, removed from the premises, and carried away. After the new microwave was in place, everything was cleaned up and all of the packing and waste material was also carried away.

The microwave seems to run well and has lots of space. The little rack inside allows you to heat 2 plates at once. The only issue we find is that the buttons are a little hard to press.

Bought this microwave to replace an identical unit that had water poured in its vent. Unlike other microwaves I've owned in the past, the sensor cooking feature actually works really well on this one.

After shopping around for this over range microwave, Best Buy had the best price, and even went down in price after I purchased it (which was quickly refunded). I like all the features and the easy- clean interior is a plus. The size, options, and overall quality were a good buy.

I have had this microwave for approx. a month. I am very pleased and it was an excellent buy. I have not used all the features yet. I like all the senor capabilities, light levels, clock and black interior.

Sleek design with great functionality. The only thing is their installation instructions are terrible. So if you have never installed one before, be prepared for some frustration. otherwise great.

Purchased, picked up and installed in a couple hours. Looks awesome with my other stainless Samsung appliances. Highly recommend this product.

Samsung makes good, reliable products It was easy to install and hook up

I have no issues with the microwave, exept it is a little challenging to press the buttons on the keypad. Otherwise, it has been a major improvement over our previous microwave.

We wanted all Samsung appliances and there was only 2 or three to choose from and this was reccomend by the sales associate. So far no problems.

We bought this microwave at the Jantzen Beach Best Buy in Portland Oregon when the Home Depot across the parking lot refused to remove their shipping fee of $59 just to have it driven to their store from their warehouse. And it was $30 cheaper than HD. An $89 savings just for driving across the parking lot. And they had it in stock and loaded it into my car. As far as the microwave, we purchased it for my mother whose GE went out after 20+ years. It was fairly easy to install, much easier than I thought. The only thing is the printing of the various functions on the touch panel isn't very high contrast making it a little difficult for her to read. Otherwise, a very nice product.
