The smartest microwave I have ever had. If you don't know how long it will take to heat your food, all you have to do is press reheat and it uses a sensor to determine the amount of time needed to heat your food. My food has come out reheated perfectly every time.

Purchased this to match other appliances, love the design of Samsung products. Microwave works as well as other microwaves, and the interface/program options are easy to use and figure out.

Bought this OTR microwave to accompany a new gas range and new refrigerator. All 3 items make our kitchen look new. So far works as it is supposed to. Installers had no issues installing the microwave.

We've only had it for about a week, but LOVE the color and functionality of this product and set. In darker light it looks more black, but in lighter room it looks more gray or charcoal. Great shine and color. Works great so far. Lots of cool functions.

This microwave is great! We enjoy making popcorn and it does a great job of letting us know if the food is getting too hot. Just wish you could use the microwave and have a timer going at the same time (if you can we have not found that out yet).

This microwave was easy to install and the black stainless steel leaves less smudgy fingerprints on it. Easy to use and works amazing!

This unit is beautiful and matches the other appliances I purchased. I wish I only had to push one button to cook smaller items. I'll get used to having to push four buttons, I guess.

I purchased this open box. It looks brand new. I got it in original packaging and I can't even tell it's an open box item. I love the microwave! Highly recommend Samsung products. Great addition to my Samsung dishwasher and Samsung gas range oven.

im finding alot of amazing things about this microwave. First I do like this dual cooking deal, where you can put metal in the microwave... pretty fancy. Super quiet, I really appreciate that, my old one was very loud. Plus is tries to not make a mess. Example, you put soup in for X minutes, it boils over spills everywhere. You put soup in this microwave it boils it, but somehow it never boils over. As I type this i have the flu. This microwave has been a god send for staying clean. Everything I put in, it just knows and never blows it up.

Love the Samsung brand. My GE profile fridge broke down last year & I replaced it with a Samsung, so when my GE profile microwave broke down, seemed perfect for this microwave. Extremely happy with my purchase. Functions perfectly & looks great!

Great microwave. Easy to install. After the installation noticed fan was making loud noise. Samsung customer service rep came in and fixed the issue ( someone forgot to cut the ziptie).

I've had nothing but good experiences with Samsung products. This microwave is no exception. It is a great value for the price, easy to clean and heats up food efficiently.

I have had this microwave for a few weeks and it works well. It is a good buy for the price and size. The black interior does take some time getting use to but no major issuse overall.

Fit perfectly in the spot where are old one was. Clean to clean. Sleak looking. Blends with my other appliances that are other brands.

1st over the range micro-hood broke going into the location. One of the nuts that hold the hood up to the cabinet sheared off, ordered a new one and it came in 2 days. This one installed perfectly no issues at all. We have 3 other white Samsung products and wanted color and handles to match, they do and the hood controls are excellent. easy to use, easy to understand, and fantastic to look at.

Replaced a previous Samsung microwave. Nice display. Food warms / defrosts pretty good. Stainless steel finish is nice. Occasionaly, turntable wobbles of place but overall is fine.

This microwaves looks good, is spacious and powerful. It heats thoroughly and even crisply. My lone complaint is it is noisy.

Purchased the as part of a kitchen suite. Has all the selections I need. Glad I didn't get the convection microwave because my stove has that feature. Love the dark easy clean interior. Haven't used the metal rack and probably won't.

Since our previous house had a built-in microwave when we bought it, I haven't shopped for a new one in a while so I was very impressed by the"new" features this Samsung had. The popcorn button works perfectly, the reheat button uses sensors to adjust power levels and time to (fairly) evenly heat leftovers. The main cooking functions have more than enough set/adjustment points. There are a ton more features that I haven't tested yet but so far this seems rock solid. The installation instructions were straight forward, though the drawings could have been a little clearer. You definitely need someone to help but once you have the microwave sitting on the mounting bracket it's stable, so you really just need someone to stabilize it while you wrap up. My wife had it installed in about 90 mins including 20 mins looking for the right drill bit.
