Works well, was easy to install, and has plenty of room inside. The only negative is that the buttons are insensitive. We sometimes need to push them a second or third time.

I recently purchased this microwave to match the rest of my kitchen appliances as we were remodeling our kitchen. There was a version that was about $30 less but I am very glad I chose this model instead. It is ample room, a rack inside as well. The best feature by far is the smart sensor cooking feature. Food is cooked evenly and efficiently. I wouldn’t buy a new microwave that did not have that feature. I would highly recommend this item to others.

No issues till now. The microwave looks elegant and is functional. My neighbor has same microwave for more then 2 years. They never had any issues. I bought this microwave based on their experience with Samsung appliances.

The microwave is very visually appealing. It is so much quieter than my previous model. I really like the coating on the inside. Super easy to clean. The panel with the buttons is super cheap. You have to really press a bit hard and it retains fingerprints. It is a month old and the panel looks like we have had it for years.

Installation was pretty straightforward and simple with a little help. The finish and lights are nice to look at and it seems to have plenty of features. Most importantly, it reheats my coffee like a champ.

This is not a top of the line microwave but for someone who wants very good basic oven at a good price, that not only looks great but works great also this is the one.

Was very surprised how quiet it is. Installed myself. Easy to use. Sensore work vey well heating up left overs.

Fits in well with other appliances in this line. Lots of features. Comes with a rack for double stack heating. Haven't used yet, but seems like it could come in handy. I like that the interior is not the cheap white plastic, this seems much more durable. I wish the buttons were soft-touch like the dishwasher & fridge. You've really gotta give them a solid press to get them to go.

THE PRODUCT WORKS GREAT,EASY TO INSTALL,HAS A LARGE CAPACITY AND HAS MANY AUTOMATIC SETTINGS. IT ALSO HAS A CERAMIC ENAMEL INTERIOR WHICH IS VERY EASY TO KEEP CLEAN.THE SAMSUNG MICROWAVE IS WELL BUILT AND IS A SOLID UNIT.

The microwave is a good unit. Buttons are a bit tough to push. Timer only goes off once for a few seconds and stops. I like it when it needs to be manually shut off.

Other than the touch pad being a bit hard to push correctly the unit works fine. It was easy to install once the old one was removed. Can't go wrong for the price.

Needed to replace aging microwave. This was perfect and had great featured. No issue in the install and works great. The design and appearance is much Bette than before.

The microwave is a great match for the rest of the Samsung applianes I purchased. Happy with my purchase it's easy to use and easy to clean.

this Samsung 1.8 cu.ft. range is quite attractive and sleek looking. more importantly, it is extremely quiet. it has all the features you would expect, some i use, others not. overall, an excellent product for the price.

I love this microwave oven. It has handy features such as the controllable turntable (i.e., on/off), add 30 seconds option, 4 speed fan and lighting under the unit. The price was reasonable and the appliance is attractive. The microwave meets my needs which are basic cooking of veggies, reheating leftovers and heating frozen dinners and other frozen foods. I feel like a got a quality product without spending a fortune.

This microwave has large interior space. Food gets, literally, steaming hot quickly. My only issue is sometimes the turntable comes off and bangs the sides.

Great microwave love it even do I couldn't keep because my exhaust did not work with the microwave I was very disappointed but working on this so I could get this microwave with matches everything in my kitchen

Microwave works great, spacious inside with additional rack for cooking. Only one negative, at night the screen is completely dark, you can't find any buttons for the light, cooking, etc. The screen should really light up if you touch it or something. Can be annoying if you go in the kitchen at night and want to turn the microwave light on. That is really the only thing negative about this microwave. Seems to also cook much faster then other microwaves we have had.
