This microwave is easy to clean and operate and looks great! Installation was easy. Clock and timer are easy to program. All preset buttons are my favorite, especially the 30 second cook time.

cooks as needed. easy to discern programs. like the look, the cleanliness and sharp lines.

This Samsung 1.8 Cu.Ft. model was a good deal on sale at Best Buy to replace my older over-range microwave that conked out. Nice, quiet operation. Fan moves an excellent amount of air. Description says more than other models and you can definitely tell in the high setting. Also, 4 fan speed settings - I like it better than the traditional 3. Not crazy about the clock digits being blue only because the stove clock digits below it are green. I usually hit the "Eco-mode" button so the clock stays off when not in operation. A bit of a pain to have to do it every time, but still a great microwave nonetheless. Large interior cooking area. Dark color inside looks pretty slick and "newer" in style than our old microwave. Worth the $$$ so far!

Bought this unit open box at almost half price. It functions as expected. I have no negative issues with this product at this point. However, this is now the third microwave we've put in in just eight years of being in our present house. I've come to the conclusion that microwaves are pre-made junk that are destined to fail in a matter of a few years regardless of manufacturer because they just want to sell more units. I sure wish they would make units that would last longer, so that my mounting wall behind the microwave would not have to look like swiss cheese!

This microwave looks nice. It matches our Samsung refrigerator. Haven't had any problems in the first month. I mounted it myself with a little help lifting the microwave. I would buy this microwave again.

This microwave oven is an excellent value combined with good design with an oversized interior that includes a convenient shelf for two layers of cooking.

Purchased this microwave to replace old convection oven. Installation was a little difficult having never installed one before. Looks beautiful, easy to use.

I do like this microwave. I only wish it had a quick button to push to warm up tea/coffee. It handles fingerprints well, as well as stainless appliances can.

My wife wanted stainless steel and since we have always been satisfied with Samsung TVs, we decided to try this microwave. It works really well and my wife loves the look. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I am enjoying using this microwave. It fits in with the other appliances. There is a rack that provides more room in which to cook.

this microwave is huge. it even has a second rack so you can cook two things at once if you want to go crazy. I usually just reheat one plate at a time for myself but I'm not married. great idea for couples I think.

We bought this microwave when we remodeled our kitchen. I like that it is above the stove and it matches our other appliances. It is big so we can use it for many things. Easy to use too!

This was part of an appliance bundle so we didnt really have high expectations, but we really do like this microwave. Display color matches the stove display, like the grey colored interior. Does a great job.

The design of the microwave has updated our kitchen with a sleek look. We chose the Samsung products because of the quality and the pricing Best Buy offered that was better than any other competitors pricing.

I installed it myself, the paper templates helped a lot and it only took me about 2 hours for the whole project. The sensor cooking works very well; with popcorn it nearly pops every kernel without burning. It looks great with the perfect mix of stainless and black. The features are great, its performance has been perfect and it is easy to learn it's cooking and sensor settings. Unfortunately I give 2 stars because the button controls have a fairly confusing lay-out and (worst of all) are not backlit, which makes it impossible to use in dim light, even with the cooktop light on 'high' AND the door open. I might recommend it with a huge caveat emphasizing the bad lay-out of the controls. To be fair, I would give it 4 stars if the buttons were lit up, and 5 stars if they were lit and laid out more intuitively.

This microwave is nice, but the one that I wanted wasn't in stock and I would've liked that one a little better. That is my only comment.
