This is truly a beautiful microwave. We installed ourself and was fairly simple. It is perhaps bigger than we really needed but does everything and very roomy for two dishes or one large.

Works great. Wish I would have upgraded to his a year ago. Only wish you could cook and use timer simultaneously.

I replaced my blower with this overhead microwave and now I have more counter space. it functions great, easy to install and the fans are strong and gets the job done.

Excellent microwave but sales rep and installer were even better. Both extremely knowledgeable about product and helpful answering questions and relaying information.

I had a model very similar to this and decided to upgrade to this model due to getting other new appliances and wanting them all to match. I got the black stainless. This is a very nice microwave. I like the rack in the middle if I am heating multiple dishes, I can layer them in the microwave. Heats quickly and easy to clean-it's nice that it's not white inside so you don't see the splatters as much.

Excellent microwave. The display and controls are intuitive. Heats without any issues and the surface light is sufficiently bright. No issues so far. Nice sleek addition to our kitchen.

This replaces an LG model that only lasted three years. Similar in style but the Samsung name is good and the exterior design coordinates with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen.

Besides the fact that the look of this Microwave gives the impression of a much higher associated price tag, the quality and the function were superior still to the beauty of this product.

I love this micro. It's big so your popcorn won't get stuck like those small micros that burn. It has a great modern look and ideal to put it over the oven. Even has underneath.

I am very happy with the performance of this microwave. I especially like the sensor feature - saves guessing the correct time to enter. The only drawback is not with the unit itself, but with the User Manual that accompanied the product. There was no picture of the control panel and no clear instructions for how to use each feature, only stating the feature itself. For instance, which button to press for the fan. I tried to use the timer but could not set the time I wanted. Other features were mentioned that were not available on all models but no indication on which models these features were available. So not sure if available on the model I purchased. Also, a small filter was included but no where or how to use. It would have been good customer service for Samsung to provide a picture of the control panel identifying each feature and user friendly instructions on how to use each feature for the specific model purchased.

This microwave oven had to fit under a cabinet in the same space as the one replaced. It fit in the space and works well.

This is a pretty microwave, and seems well-built. Was told it was better with a better fan and TWO lights, not just one. The two lights are there, but not very bright, so it's not a huge selling point. The worst part is the add 30 sec. button....you can't just hit it for 30 sec. have to hit 30 sec plus start. I know seems petty, but .... Also I cannot figure out if I can actually program something to warm in the microwave while using the TIMER function. :/

Have had this microwave for just about a month and so far so good. Hard to give something a proper review when it's still so new. Had an issue with the glass tray not sitting properly on the "ring wheels" but after talking with customer service was able to resolve the issue. The plastic piece in the center that spins and holds the glass tray was not pushed all the way down. I had to push down on it so hard I thought I was going to break the bottom of the microwave! Problem solved though. Works as expected.

It was a breeze to install. The inside is easy to clean and even when the fan is on high it is still quiet.

Love the microwave, easy to use and clean. The light could be a little brighter but I still really like it!

Overall, we like our new microwave, however, buttons are not easy to push compared to our last microwave.

We bought this after our previous GE stopped working after only five years. The oven is easy to use. One slight negative is you can’t use the timer while using the oven. To time cook, pushing 10 then start gives a 10 second cook time. We are happy with oven and the price was good

My wife really wanted to go with the new black stainless look. It looks great with our existing black appliances and does everything that we expected. Very easy installation.

Nice looking microwave bought as part of the mem day appliance sale. Was installed and setup fine and has been working perfectly.

I've had this microwave for about 1 month now and very happy with this purchase. Easy installation and serves all my needs. Oh yes, price very good for the amount of features.
