After lots (and lots) of investigation, I chose this microwave due to the reasonable cost and number of features. Pleased with the purchase. Great Deal!!

This microwave looks good and is easy to use. Check items that are in for a long time as it can cook unevenly.

Had seen in store and liked features. Did not find reviews of product, but got it since I like the features, matches Samsung range and it was a good price.

Item is a good size. Easy to use. The item did not ya e the correct color handle on it. The microwave was black stainless but the handle is stainless so had to order another one instead of being able to just replace the handle. A bit inconvenient.

We replaced our old GE over the range with this one and boy the kitchen never looked better. Initially we went with the one which had all the controls on the door (little costlier than this one) but, exchanged it for this one. the reason, placement of controls. Our kitchen has no vent out and our research (on hind sight) showed that controls on the door panel stick and eventually there are issues with auto on / off or non function of certain controls. This one's control is like old school and properly sealed (at least had no negative reviews to the extent what we researched).

The size, style, stainless steel, turn table, Samsung did one fantastic job. I need to thank Sam, the young salesman who introduced it to me.

We purchased this microwave to complete the Samsung kitchen set. We chose to install the microwave ourself. Follow the instructions, use the provided template, and it should be an easy install for a homeowner. We really like the black interior. No issues, and we have found the size to fit our needs. Highly recommend.

Got this new microwave and working perfectly fine, lot of features. At this time I have no complaints.

We wanted to match the other appliances, so this was a great selection. It was missing a mounting screw in the box, but the store too care of me very quickly.

We had this microwave installed this summer. It is a really good buy for the money. Lots of high end features. I would highly recommend.

I love my microwave. It has great features,and there’s more space on my kitchen counter.

I like the look of the microwave, but my concern is it is a bit too loud. Since most of the products these days are more efficient and you can hardly hear them working, this is not true for this microwave. Although the vent fan seems very powerful, it is too loud to turn on and is annoying while you are cooking. Even the microwave motor's vibration is louder compared to other models. I have contacted best buy regarding it, so I might get a replacement if what we got does not compare well with what is on the floor model. Plus the interior walls gets too hot when used for a few minutes just like in a toaster oven, so I wonder if this is a defective unit. If these issues are resolved, I will still get the same model.

Just purchased it so haven't really had a chance to have the day to day use yet, but overall seems like a great microwave. For the price, it seems had to beat!

We bought this as part of an appliance suite. The only feature I really wanted was the express buttons I had on my old one. We could just push one and got one minute instead of pushing 1,0,0 to get a minute. The salesman we worked with assured us that this one did that and, guess what, it doesn’t. Over all this is the only appliance we bought in the package that I don’t care for. Not only does it not have the express buttons, but pushing the numbers takes some force. Often I have to push more than once to get them to work. Other than that, I can’t find any fault. It cooks food easily and the sensor oooking seems to work well. I just miss the express buttons.

Is a replacement for a ten year old microwave. Includes all the features and more that I was looking for at a reasonable price. Installation went smoothly.

This microwave is an upgrade over our old GE unit. The controls are easy to understand and use. Having a middle rack and a black interior means there is more room to cook multiple items at once and an easier cleanup of the inevitable splatter. This used the same exact bracket as our old unit, so installation was very simple.

Easy to install. Look at dimensions. this was just a little bit larger than our last microwave. Works great, and it gets a lot of work with a family of 8.

Big enough and for only $289 was a great bargin. Compare it to the step up model which is all digital and the whole face opens up for $430. It cooks the same and was a snap to install. The cooking sensor is new for us since our last micro was over 10 years old, is a nice feature. The food takes a little longer to warm up but it seems to be the same temp all the way thru
