works perfect. installed quickly by best buy. no complaints

So far so good, does everything we need it do and then some. Very happy with our purchase.

Everything works fine. We installed ourselves. If you are not inclined, have an installer do it. We got lucky with the old bracket being exact to the new one. Only had to adjust top holes. Otherwise, features are nice. It warms our food. Nice.

I showed my parents an array of microwaves and they chose the cheapest one... this one. After having it installed and using it in their home it seems they made the right choice. All those extra features I doubt are often used and we are charged a big premium for them. This simple microwave does exactly what my parents bought it to do.

Took out a failed unit that was going to cost the amount to get this unit. That unit worked tons better and installed nicer. The turntable was also a lot better. You get what you pay for. While attempting to mount this unit the factory hardware was defective and only one bolt would thread in. A couple of tries to get both threaded ended up destroying the glorified t nuts on the unit leaving me holding the bag and micro. Thankfully I know enough and had toggle bolts on hand. The carcass of the unit is flimsy. Way different than the last one i had. All in all the unit works, heats things up, albeit slower than my failed unit or the temporary counter unit i was using. This is a price point unit and it shows even though it works

Great features. Spacious. Love that I can check the temperature and connect my phone and play music, get up to date weather and have a space for my kids to leave notes. The black stainless steel is elegant in my kitchen. Had bisque color Kitchen Aid before.

Cooks evenly and very quiet, great features. Had a bag of micro popcorn it popped every kernel

I like the look of it, and so far it's easy to use.

New microwave fit perfectly where we replace the old Samsung. We use the microwave quite a few times a day and it really was a workhorse. I highly recommend any Samsung appliance. Never had an issue we ay of our Samsung appliances.
