Microwave works wonderfully. Great product and cooks great

Redid my kitchen and decided to go for the stainless look. This microwave for the bill. The rack inside is nice, it works well, and it fit where I needed it to. Can't really ask for much else!

I just got so it looks nice did not come with brackets. This did take place of a ge that only lasted 6 years. I hope this lasts longer

This product is really great. We had this product before and that is why we decided to buy the same. It easy to clean, easy to use. We bought it black so it matches with the rest of the appliances.

We are happy with the microwave. We did a self install and had trouble with the screws that hold the microwave to the upper cabinet. The mounting bolt inside the microwave actually broke when the screw did not thread correctly. Neither screw would work. When I called my local Best Buy where I purchased the microwave they decided to send out a new microwave and pick up the damaged one. I am VERY happy with that level of service. When I received the replacement I tested the screws first, they took a few turns to thread. When we put it in place the screws threaded correctly and the mounting to the wall went well. I highly recommend testing the mounting screws before putting the microwave up.

I have only had this for a few weeks but I love the easy cleaning capability. Only time will tell how well it performs. This is my 3rd microwave in 2 years. I previously purchased GE's. Fingers crossed!

I have had other microwave ovens but this one is fantastic. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel really works not like some of the others that say they do the same. Great job

For the price it's an OK unit but with a little polish by the Samsung design engineers it could have been a top notch model. Bought it in a suite for size, color and style match. Keypad is very hard to press, as noted by others. The graphics on the pad are impossible to read in low light. The finish of the unit is poor with a lot of sharp edges. The micro seems to work fine, so far but Samsung cut too many corners with this model

What sold me on this microwave is how easy it is to clean; the inside isn't the traditional white, rather a bluefish gray ceramic enamel that doesn't stain when food heating splatters. Soups, sauces do not stain

Love the glass plate in center very sturdy.Simple controls.

Did major kitchen remodel with all new Samsung appliances. So far everything is working as described. Love the black stainless steel. Hook up on all units was easy. So all is good so far
