Went back to basics and bought a $200.00 Samsung microwave with out convection that seems to work Great, if it goes bad I won't care !!!

Unfortunately, the "finish" on the product is low quality, and as soon as I wiped it there were scratches and smudges that can't be removed, no matter how hard I try. Mechanically, it works ok, but I'm just disappointed in the appearance. All of my kitchen appliances are black, and I've never experienced anything like this. Eventually I'm going to replace it with another brand. Sorry Samsung...I've got your TVs and cell phones, but you let me down with this microwave.
