I was definitely amazed how the microwave can detect the food and adjust its temperature to defrost or cook whatever you put in it. This microwave is amazing.

Microwave has the enamel inside to make it easy to clean. Very powerful. Outside cleans easily. Fan is powerful, it will turn on automatically if stove gets to hot. Light is good with a switch for high or low. Only one issue that I plan on calling about and that is if you use the timer you can't cook anything in the microwave. It won't allow both at the same time.

Great templates for installation. I found the mounting brackets better than 2 prior microwave ovens I have installed because it gave me the ability to hit 2 studs for strong mounts. We like that there are two lights on the bottom side of the microwave that have some separation so more even lighting to the cook top/range. Microwave works great.

Love the look of this microwave. Installation was easy after getting the template up. Very powerful with multiple different settings.

I purchased this microwave to compliment an entire suite of Samsung appliances. The handles matched perfectly and looks great. I had to exchange the first microwave I bought because there was a dent on the front of the door. The second one was pristine. I had no issues exchanging them through Best Buy. Now for the review: The install template was flimsy. It would have been better if it was cardboard rather than newspaper type paper. I also believe the left hole on the template is off by a little. The instructions were rather vague. The picture shown to install the charcoal filter is entirely different than the actual microwave. After the installation was complete, I found the buttons a little difficult to press. It takes a little more force than I'd like. The sensor function only gets the temperature right some of the times. Other than that, it's still a fairly decent microwave for the money. Also, the salesperson claimed all Samsung appliances are built in South Korea. This is false. The microwave is built in Malaysia.

So far we like this microwave. It's really easy to clean inside and out. We love the way it looks as well. Very easy to use. My only complaint is that one of the light underneath the microwave turns itself off or flickers. The light bulb is probably loose. Havent had the chance to deal with it yet, but what an annoyance.

This is a great microwave that comes with many useful features. It was very easy to install as well, and has held up just fine over time.

I have had this machine for about a month now and have been satisfied with it. It seems to be quite powerful with significant heating potential. So far so good with the results and the controls are easy to understand and use. It does still seem like that food gets overheated with the preset heating functionality that is supposed to use a sensor to establish thorough heating so i have to stop it on my own frequently.

We had a GE microwave before and we hated how the vent system on the GE microwave; it was impossible to clean and it always looks greasy. The vent system on this microwave is invisible at eye level and it is easy to clean.

love this microwave. easy to use and has a lot of room. i also like that it comes with a rack so i can put multiple items in at once.

Good size and very good exhaust fan. This is a good purchase and great price.

Price was right, installed quickly over the range, many venting options for top rear and front. has been cooking food perfectly.
