This is a big microwave. The turnable size will fit most big plates.

I purchased this over the range microwave to replace a GE product and what a big difference won't get another GE product

Bought to replace older unit of different brand. Got this because it was the only one in stock and didn't want to wait. Fairly easy install with a buddy, but did require different top mounting holes be drilled through the cabinet. You'd think these manufacturers could standardize these things, but it's probably a secret kickback scheme with the cabinet makers to require new cabinets along with a new cabinet-mount mikerwave. Anyway. Doesn't have the convenient one-touch heating for 1-6 minutes like other models. All the heating requires keying in the time and then tapping start. The add 30 seconds requires tapping that and tapping start. Pretty much it doesn't start until you touch start. Touch pad is kind of oddly labeled; after two months, still have trouble operating the fan and light. The four-speed fan operates on two buttons, the two-brightness light on one. I'd give the user interface on this thing a one-star. Fairly quiet operation. Good for people who want to press lots and lots of buttons.

I am very happy with my Samsung microwave, and best Buy for the great price and like 2 day free shipping!! set up of this oven was very easy, I was a little worried about setting up the internal blower to "non exhaust" mode, but it was easy. I love the looks of the unit and the features! the sensor can tell how many potatoes I am cooking and cooks them perfectly!!! very happy all around!!

Bought this when it was on sale at BB and no complaints. Had this microwave at my old house and bought it to replace a Frigidaire that died after 13 months in my new house. Install was easy, although having a second person to help you guide it as you line it up on the wall would be helpful. Love the smooth open and close of the door. Very smooth. So much easier to open and close than the Frigidaire. The beep is the perfect volume. Great microwave. Nothing negative to say about it.

It is not installed yet but it is a great looking item and it matches all my other appliances I hope it works well.

Hung it a few days ago. Was able to use existing Maytag bracket, it was identical to this one! Easy! Nice features,works perfectly.

This microwave was part of a package of appliances we purchased last December 2020. The first thing we noticed was you cannot run the microwave and the microwave timer at the same time. That was a huge disappointment. We would not have purchased it if we had known this. And as of today, June 29, 2020, it no longer works! It died while I was warming food for 30 seconds! We checked the wall outlet for power, which was fine, and even plugged it in to another outlet. It still did not work. The only good thing I can say about it is it's very easy to clean.

Works well. easy to clean. wish it had 1 touch operation but othet than that A+

Nice design compliments our kitchen; powerful wattage for fast cooking without burning and ventilation for stove / oven beneath.

Haven't used it much yet as we just had it installed, but as worked very well so far.
