Easy to install, good quality and was an excellent price - worth the 2.5 hour drive to get it!

I’ve been using the microwave for about a month now. It’s easy to use for most tasks. The regular timed cooking is very easy. I’m not used to the sensor cooking controls yet but it appears that you need to watch the time because it tends to over do at least on plates of food. Even the installer warned me about overcooking popcorn. It is very attractive and fits nicely with my other appliances.

It’s a great product with the exception of the obvious ease of denting. We drove an hour to pick one up because it wasn’t available anywhere close to my area. After opening it we found a big dent in the side. We returned it and had to wait about ten days for another one to arrive, and it too is dented only smaller this time. We unfortunately gave up and installed it. This is disappointing as I am a supporter of Samsung products even after reading many negative reviews on their microwaves and was replacing a Samsung that was less than five years old.

Love all programmed features, matches my stove easy clean up

Our GE over the range microwave stopped working and was probably cheaper to replace then repair. I highly recommend this Samsung microwave. It is very easy to program and cooks very well. The one drawback was it came with no wall mounting bracket. On the plus side, the old mounting bracket worked perfectly.

I ordered Samsung Mircowave via online in mid of July. While we were on process put new mircowave in, once we opened the package and pulled out the mircowave to inspect to ensure no damages, unfortunately it turns out it is damaged on the side to back of the mircowave. So disappointed. Immediately returned it to the store and ask for the replacement. It took about a week for another one to arrive August 4th. Now we are happy with new replacement. 4 stars for the hassle and long waited for replacement also customer service did not offer anything to ease my unhappiness with defective mircowave. Otherwise now we all are happy to enjoy our new mircowave to replace the old one that those under vent light bulbs keep going out so often. Also it matches my Samsung stove I had brought several months ago.

Super easy to use and clean , Excellent performance

Great above the range microwave but had to get three of them because of shipping damage. Two where damaged in shipping and need the Best Buy truck to bring it to the house without being damaged by UPS. The local manager was great to work with on the shipping damage. Works great, easy to install.

I cannot say that I don’t recommend buying this one, in the end it’s just a microwave, and it does it well. My only gripe is that I have bad eyesight and the control panel buttons are all crammed together on the right side of the machine and the lettering on the buttons is small and in white, it’s just kind of a shoddy layout in my opinion, other than that, it’s a pretty good machine.

Good over the range microwave matches my Samsung range

I recently replaced all of my kitchen appliances with Samsung products and could not have been happier. My microwave is amazing at heating food and is very easy to keep clean. I absolutely love it.

We replaced a 14 yo Kitchen Aid touch screen microwave. It did everything and one day quit. This Samsung is good for the price. Roomy, and has a fair amount of appropriate settings. Not too bad.

Within 6 months after buying the over the range Samsung microwave (model ME18H704SFS) the unit would shut off and not restart, screen blank. when I did get the screen back on the service company wouldn't look at it as it was working. 12 months later same thing. Unit shut down, blank screen. Since I had reported this before the warranty was out the first time, I finally got them to approve the service company to come check it out. They replaced a part to it. Now a month and half later it's doing the same thing. Sometimes it shuts down after heating items up, sometimes it just shuts down on its own and even closing the door can shut it down. Unplugging for awhile doesn't help but closing the door can make it come back for awhile. Guess the jar from the closing rattles something to make a connection. Need to call and see if they will cover this now since they replaced a part already. Not real happy with the microwave, the repair company was fast and efficient when they first checked it out. Also after changing out part only 2 speeds of the fan worked, however now all 4 have started working again. My last microwave was a counter top that lasted over 15 years. I've had this less than 2 years.

We have this Samsung Microwave for a couple years half now with no issues. It beats old mircowave under Frigidaire brand by our rental owner. So now we own Samsung microwave and loving it ever since. :)

The microwave was fairly simple to install considering the weight and size of the unit. Looks attractive and functions well. Staff at store were helpful and pleasant to work with and product arrived on the day it was promised

I really wasn't really planning on purchasing any new appliances yet, but the recent Samsung sale, along with the bundle discounts & rebates made me reconsider.... I ended up purchasing a complete Kitchen!!!! We got this Microwave because it was the perfect match for our new stove purchase. It looks great & performs perfectly. Although I miss the "quick Start" settings of our old unit (hence 4 out of 5 stars) I really like the porcelain interior of this new one. I hope that I'm as happy with all my new Samsumg appliances as I've been with the other Samsung products I currently own...

Love this microwave much better then my old one, got a stove with it as well. Some nice features that I did not have on my old one.

It does what it's supposed to do, quickly, easily and very well.

It's awesome! My wife loves it. And inlive Samsung!
