It has to hit the right spot to wirelessly charge the phone, which can be aggravating at times. The color doesn't match the color on the box. It's literally a very different color. I decided to keep it because it works better than a few others I've tried. I couldn't exchange it for another color because that's the only color Best Buy sells.
