I was looking for something to surf the net that was user friendly, the right size at a great price. I found the perfect product. Just love it! I own other Samsung products and have been happy with all of them. The chrome book is light and sleek. Its a keeper!

Excellent little laptop. Our family has been using this chromebook for about 2 months, daily use. The machine is great quality, screen is great, sound is great, & keyboard is excellent. The laptop is small but feels good & light to hold, it is not soft-cheap-plastic feel at all. It's nice to use. The battery is really good, lasting most of the day & it runs very fast. It turns on immediately & is ready to go. Using Google chrome with its many apps is excellent too. Excellent value for money & I'd buy it again. I have no problem recommending it, it's awesome for the price.

Very portable and lightweight. If I'm extremely lazy I could just use this to watch movies. Its awesome that everything is connected to Google chrome since its my main browser I could just save files to my drive if I can't print at the moment and so forth. Con: bigger memory would be awesome. Can't really have lots of activity going on at the same time. (I'm talking about like 10+ kind of thing) Otherwise its AWESOME!! I'm a student BTW.

I purchased this chromebook as a present for my mother for Christmas and she was thrilled! She loves this! She only needed a computer to use for internet - and this is perfect. She tried using a tablet and didn't like it because it didn't have a keyboard. As soon as she opened this, she got to work and started to understand exactly how it worked. She loves how light weight it is and how simple it is so understand. I am SO happy that we purchased this! I would 100% recommend this!

It is super fast and very user friendly. Easy and minimal set up. The battery life is awesome.

Works exactly as expected. Its light, the battery lasts about 9 hours, and the web browsing is fast. It also connects to a wireless AC router for great wifi speed. The only thing its missing is a touch screen.

I like the idea of the Chromebook and the Samsung is great. My issues with it are mostly that the Chromebook is so new that the chrome store is really limited with apps and there is no way to download software for other operating systems. Android apps don't work on this system either- a little disappointing since Google Play seems like it would be related to Google Chrome. I can no longer upload runs from my gps running watch without the windows based uploader. Also there is no delete key just backspace. I think in about 2 to 3 years this will be a great system with a lot more options but right now my glitchy android tablet has more capabilities. The pros are great though- it charges fast, boots up fast, updates automatically, and is really light weight and seems durable. the Sound system is fine and the screen seems to be alright but I am no expert when it comes to that stuff. I think Im going to keep it but Im sad I won't be able to get rid of my Windows 7 Dell from 2009. This just doesn't have the capabilities to be everything yet.

Great little computer ... Good for surfing the web ... Can cast any website you look at on your tv with chrome cast ...pretty fast for what it is .. Just cannot have a bunch of things going on at once .. Will slow it down ... The screen is the greatest but it's still good ... Something I really have an issue with is the USB ports are tight to get into ...you can Bluetooth to a speaker ... Earphones ... Which is really cool ..its slim .. Small overall I really like it

This is Chromebook number 2 for me. My first was acer 720 its two years old 8hr day still running good as new love it also bought from Best Buy. My wife took it from me. So back to Best Buy bought Samsung - 11.6" Chromebook 2. So far great little chromebook check your email , shop online, play a game or too, watch netflix . Is all this Senior needs

Very easy to use. I like that is it small in size compared to my previous laptop and doesn't take up as much space. Battery lasts long

Bought this for my 9yr old son. They use chrome books at school. It is great for web browsing. The picture is crystal clear. Sound is amazing. Great little computer to cart all over the house. It's light weight, has small rubber feet on the bottom to stay put on slippery surfaces. The price is great if you are looking for a small "laptop" type computer... And it's very fast web browsing as well.

Have had a Chromebook for quite some time from work. Leaving work, knew had to replace the work-provided Chromebook. The only thing to say about this is it works as promised. It is fast. Easy to use. No setup. No ad-ware. No poopy-ware. Just the way computing should be. Ahhhhh

I like the size and the faux leather design and feel helps with gripping and handling. Does what is expected, easy to use.

This laptop was just what I needed. It is affordable, lightweight, fast, and does everything I need it to.

Like Google? Chrome? Gmail? Google apps? If you spend most of your computing time on the Internet and/or can use web-based apps to get your stuff done, this Chromebook will make you happy. It has few bells and whistles, but it works reliably, holds a charge for days, is easy to transport, and comfortable to use. And it CAN be used with Win Remote Desktop.

If you're looking for a computer, BUY A COMPUTER! The chromebook is optimized for web browsing and though it does not have the capacity for traditional computer software, such as Microsoft Office (if you're a google fan, like me) Google docs is a wonderful replacement. While the differences and limited functioning opposed to Office can be a con, it does everything you'd need it to for the basics! I love my chromebook!

This is a great laptop and perfect for the whole family. It also works out extremely well for kids that are in school because they use the crome system at school to do their homework write papers reports and exedra... the only problem is I need another one because all my family members are fighting over whose turn it is!!! A perfect laptop and I would definitely buy another one..

Got this to replace my personal laptop (MacBook). Spreadsheets, word docs can all be done offline with Google Docs. You can download music, etc. All with a light device with great battery life. I chose this for the intel processor, as I didn't want any performance issues...so far it has been perfect. Some like the faux leather cover...meh. It's a wee bit cheesy for my taste, but I loved the price.

I have been researching Chromebooks for a couple of years and I have found this one to be one of the best. It's about the length of notebook paper and about 1 inch thick. I love that as soon as you open it, it takes you right to your last internet page. So far, I haven't had any problems or complaints.

Quick start up. Love google drive w docs and sheets. Easy and fun to surf the web. Very user friendly and the right price for a family of 4, 5, or 6.
