Great tool for internet access at a great price. Easy to get going since we have gmail accounts. Got it for the kids to use for school work so they weren't fighting over the laptop & I enjoy using it because of its small size and long battery life.

Samsung Chromebook 2 is small, powerful and a great value. We use it for general browsing, email and movie streaming. Only downside is not being able to download movies for offline viewing.

I bought this as a laptop for college. Our professors want us to gave a laptop and my regular one was too heavy, large and the battery wasn't long lasting. The battery on this chromebook lasts me between 9-10 hours with a full charge. You may not be able to download word but you can still use word docs. You will need to set up your printer and chromebook to connect each other in order to get them to sync together. I would suggest this to a college student or someone new to technology that wants something simple and less expensive than a mac.

This is an easy to use notebook. Light weight so can be taken anywhere. I bought this for an older person (who is not very tech smart at all) just to do basic tasks, and they love it.

I absolutely love the Chromebook. It is small, light weight and does pretty much everything a laptop does. I had to get used to using google docs, but other than that it is a great product.

This was bought for grandma to be able to get emails and surf the Internet. She does some shopping online. It works great for her. She is not into electronics or computer stuff, but this is simple enough for her to use on her own.

Good value for the money. Good for web browsing, video chat, streaming, etc. Basically most peoples needs are met with this chromebook.

This is my first Chromebook, and I love it. I work two jobs, so it's easily portable to go between both jobs and home. It's simple to use. It's a good thing that most of my work is web-based and I don't need to run any installed programs. It streams movies and music beautifully. If you're already a Google user, like myself, it's the perfect choice over a bulky laptop, where I've gone through 3 already.

I purchased this to take with me when I travel. So light and easy to handle. Slips easily into my bag, I normally use my laptop, but this is so much more convenient.

I bought this chromebook for my mom. She does not need a laptop with all the bells and whistles, just something to check her email and accounts quickly. This Samsung chromeook looks nice, is light and charges quickly. It's great for doing quick internet searches and automatically loads your email when you log in.

Initially had reservations about purchasing a Chromebook as I had heard and read mostly negative things about it. But upon further research and speaking to several people who owned one I decided to give it a try. The Chromebook is ideal for those who want something simple and will be using it for basic computer usage. Such as email and surfing the web. Overall the Samsung Chromebook 2 is a great computer for those looking for something simple and for basic computer usage.

It's an excellent device. I am actually thinking about purchasing one for somebody. It's easy to use and faster than an a traditional pc or lap top.

For being an apple guy and windows hater lol,I am so impressed with this laptop. It is so simple to use, no boot up time, automatic updates, great battery life. It's very thin and the full Google experience is great. Only complaint is it needs a bigger screen, and iTunes support. But that's it. It really is a great product. For those who need to buy their kids a laptop that's easy to use and reliable with no virus problems.... This is it.... Forget the windows..... Chrome oil is where it's at.

Needed this for my 8 year old for ding school assignments. Easy to setup great look with leather like cover on top. Can't beat the price.

I needed a very basic computer for what I do. My son, who is very tech savy, knew my needs and wants. He did his due diligence and found this awesome computer. My husband went to BestBuy in Setauket to purchase it. The helpful staff agreed with my son's choice and my husband bought it and gave it to me for Christmas. It is such a great little computer for surfing, on line buying and chatting with family and friends. If you are in the market for such a computer, this is the one to get. Thank you Best Buy. This is a really good chromebook, bought one for my in-laws and they love it, easy to setup and just the perfect thing for older people who use a laptop to go online (FB, google etc) or to video chat Not a knock on the product per se but the built in video calling option that comes with this chromebook - Google hangouts is awful. I conducted a test within my own network and the quality was bad there was audio latency/lag. But not to worry you can use video calling with Facebook (i havent looked at other options) which works beautifully.

Perfect size for what it's meant to be used for. Small but in a good way. Samsung always impresses me. Fast, reliable, smooth and sleek.

This is a great little laptop to surf web and check email. If you are looking to run a lot of special programs, this is not for you. It is super light and the battery life is good.

I wondered whether this product could be as good as it looks. In particular, would I be able to regain possession my own laptop (MacBook Pro) by giving a Chromebook to my 9 year old. It worked! She mostly watches YouTube videos, Netflix, etc, so this does the job perfectly. Lightweight. We had to get a new router from Verizon, as the Chromebook would not accept our unsecured router. Needless to say, it's no good without the internet connection. I got excellent help from the Chromebook HELP department, by phone.
