Software runs smooth and nice feel to the machine. Incompatibility with (any) Microsoft documents gets a little frustrating. I do love how lightweight it is. Battery life seems great.

I have to say, when I was buying the Samsung Chromebook I was having doubts I made the right choice for my writing fever. I had my heart set on a regular laptop the minute I walked in the door. The salesman...sorry but I did not get his name...said "no" and led me over to what I thought were tiny laptops. After telling me the features and letting me look at them all I decided on the Samsung Chromebook. Any doubts I had at time of purchase melted away as I slowly began to learn more about how it works. I love the fake leather look of the outside but what's inside is even more amazing, It's fast, reliable, and has awesome features. Apps allow me to add whatever I need in the way of programs and tools for this little gem. Also I can use the internet as it connects to WiFi to watch my YouTube or NetFlix. It really was worth the 250 dollars I spent on it and I would recommend it to anyone who can deal with a slight learning curve (as the apps/google feature makes is slightly different than normal laptops) and wants to have something lightweight and made by Samsung, an awesome company if there every was one.

Bought for my 4th grade daughter for Christmas as she is starting to do research papers. Looks very nice and works great. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

This laptop totally fit the bill. My son's school is now working on Chromebooks and this was the right model, the best look, and the right price. He loves the laptop and uses it all the time...

I like the droid based server as well as size and easy use. And pricing is great.

Bought this for my daughter for college classes. She loves it. Bigger and easier to type on than a tablet, yet small and lightweight enough to carry around.

I bought this for my 9 yr old son to use for school assignments. He loves it, I love it and find I use this more than my computer. I heard from lots of people I would not be happy because of Microsoft Word doesn't work on it but Google docs works fantastic! Perfect for what I need it for and my kids need it for. We have a laptop, tablets and this chrome book blows it all away........best value with all things considered. Samsung you have done it again!!!

Worked wonderfully for browsing web, very fast..gift for my daughter, inexpensive and efficient, less of a worry when it gets slow, replaceable..

We bought this for my 11 year old daughter. She wanted it because they are now using them in her school. With more and more "homework" being online my wife and I made the purchase. Now it works better than any windows laptop we have had. This laptop is also great for younger users because it did not kill my wallet at purchase or in repairs. The only downside is it is not an APPLE laptop which is what she wanted. But she'll have to wait tell High School for that.

My 5th grader was in need of a laptop and this was perfect. Bought on cyber Monday so the price was great. Easy set up, no issues and it's fast!

I Like my Cromebook, its compact which makes it easy when traveling. Its also very quick and easy to use.

For the price, it is a good purchase. Portable, fast enough (not a road runner) and efficient. Only issue is certain apps are not compatible.

I bought this for my Dad as a gift. He wanted something to just browse the web and check e-mails so the Chromebook was the perfect fit. It took him no time to get used to the operating system (he's used to Windows) and he hasn't complained once about it yet. Highly recommended for someone looking for something that's quality and easy to use.

Easy to use, plenty of battery life and recharges quickly

This Chromebook is easy to use and inexpensive to purchase. It has a nice touchpad, and by design it is extremely low maintenance. This is the 2nd Chromebook I have purchased, and I am quite pleased with this one. This device has eliminated most of the frustration I previously encountered when using a PC to access the internet; (i.e. startup time, shutdown time, updates, & maintenance tasks).

My 3 and 5 year old love this laptop and it is perfect size for them. Very fast and like the built in protection.

I bought this laptop to use as a sd card reader for my trail cams and it does great. I wasn't familiar with the chrome operating system but it was pretty easy to figure out. I am able to stream movies and do a lot on it. Some of the reviews say it crashes all the time but I have never had this problem.
