The Samsung Chromebook 2 is a good little computer. Being a chromebook, there are a few limitations, but for about 99% of what I do it has been great. I have had no problems with any websites, setting up email, streaming videos, or using any of the available apps. If you want a lightweight laptop to use for most of your computer activities, this is a great!

This chromebook is great for people with very little need for advance technology. I got this for my mother and she loves it. It was a little challenging for her to know things like right click and delete. This has only backspace. Overall, a good one.

The recipient is very happy with the Chromebook - his computer died on him so my husband and I bought him this product as a replacement. All our friend uses a computer for is email and surfing the Internet, so this product is ideal. The salesman recommended this particular product for someone who is just going to use a computer for very basic things.

I like the product. It is light and easy to carry. I get everything that I want out of it. The only issue I have is that the charging cable has issues with staying in the port for charging. I returned the first one I bought because of this but the second one has the same issue.

I really like the Chrome Book because it is so light and easy to carry to and from the coffee shop and home. I also love that it only takes seconds to boot up as opposed to 5-10 minutes with a regular pc. I have had some difficulty using it to print documents as I do this a lot...it just takes some configuring, which can be a hassle. Once you figure out what works, though, it's ok. Overall, it's been a great product for my family.

computer is thin and light weight. It is very fast and easy to use. Wonderful computer so far.

This was a marvelous laptop to look at, and it performed great, once it was connected to wi-fi through connecting to a computer that was already connected. It never would connect on wi-fi alone, without the help of another connection. I loved its performance, after connection was established using other connected computers, however.

It is a great device to have. It is easy to set up. It loads anything you require quickly.

We bought this for our middleschool aged son. It's a newer version of what he's using in school. We bought it at a good price after Thanksgiving, and that's why we're OK with the purchase. My problem is not with the unit itself but with the Chromebook format. I am having alot of difficulty setting parental controls. Maybe it's just my limited knowledge of how to use a chromebook. I set up their version of parental controls and I was still able to access some pretty dicey websites. I assumed that since many schools use chromebooks that it would be easy to protect curious minds from wondering freely throughout the internet. My son loves this chromebook and finds it very easy to use. I find it frustrating and a real inconvenience. I would only recommend it for kids who already use it in school. Parents... I would recommend researching how to set up parental control before you purchase or at least before you set up your new chromebook. Also, they told me at Best Buy that you are limited as to what programs you can download onto a chromebook. Seems like a computer from the 90's to me. Again, maybe it's just my lack of familiarity with chromebooks.

this was just the perfect gift for my little brother. he had asked for a computer and with the school now assigning homework online, it was just the perfect time. its nothing complicate, but rather simple for him to navigate the web and have access to his school page to do his work. best buy :)

I have kids that ranging from ages 10-15 and they are in love with it. They got this item for Christmas 2015. It is great for school work assignments also. Some programs require Microsoft functionality however I believe there is a software that can be downloaded. Considering one for myself.

I really like the compact size. I don't need large storage. Perfect for me.

This is an awesome laptop, despite the fact that it has very little memory. It is great for students working on homework online and accessing teacher websites. Also great for adults who need online access with little memory for storage.
