Would recommend this to anyone who wants to just surf the net with no hassle or viruses to worry about catching. I let you children play on it just to see if they can mess it up... So far... Still going strong.

Exactly what I wanted and at a steal. $169 Memorial Day WKD sale. This chromebook is perfect for travel. It has a good build quality for the regular price point of $229-$279. I had researched all the various chromebooks currently being offered from all the companies and the Samsung Chromebook 2 was the most logical choice for someone who just wants to perform basic tasks such as email, web surfing, streaming video and office processing tasks. The google eco-system is amazing for what they offer. I used it as a student and now use it for work. It's plenty fast for multitasking with multiply windows open in the browser and the 4gb of ram is more than enough speed. If you keep in mind what this type of laptop's main purpose was built for, then you will be satisfied with your purchase. It's useful and versatile to me since all my work is "cloud based" and anything I wanted to save off site, I can just save it on a 2.5 external hard drive and take it home with me. I love taking this laptop to coffee shops and bookstores with me. I would buy this product again.

Amazing quality/build. Very sturdy. Great travelling laptop. Also great for using while at home and moving about the house. Chrome can be a little tricky when attempting to download certain applications though.

I bought this after breaking my 20 inch 2 in one. I feel this laptop is just as capable and very convenient and easy to use. Wish I bought this from the start would have saved a ton of money.

I bought this cromebook computer for my sweetie and he loves it. It does everything he wants it to do. Not a bit of trouble from it. Uses it everyday. Just about all day long. It’s great for googling and emails, pics and fb if he wants it.

This was bought for my mother-in-law to do simple web browsing, email, and talking to her other daughter on-line. It does all that well. There is a small learning curve moving from a Windows based machine to a Google Chrome machine, i.e. Google docs, etc.

My old Chromebook died and I loved it for my surfing/work/travel needs. This was smaller, lighter-weight, but still works like my old one. I hate learning new technology so this was the deal for me! Nice laptop for a great price.

This is the same chrome book that is used in the school. This is perfect because my daughter needed no help on using it from day 1.

I bought a Chromebook for my 74 yo father last year and loved the ease of it. Since at home I do not need Word, Excel or the like, it was great just use to surf the web. Holds a great charge with strong battery life.

Looking for an inexpensive netbook option for my 15-year-old daughter, a budding writer/author--all of the reviews pointed me to this low-cost, reliable, lightweight. So far, it has not been a disappointment. The only reason I (we) didn't give it a 5-start rating is that it constantly "nags" you when it loses wireless/Internet connectivity. It is still useable, but the pop-ups make you feel otherwise.

I gladly sacrifice some of the more standard programs like Office to have a lightweight, battery sipping portable like this. Always up to date and ready to go.

Working really good. But doesn't support Viber or Skype.
