I bought this for my daughter who is a freshman she does all her class wotk on it !! Its great and compact and light she takes it everywhere

The build quality is great. There's no flex in the keyboard, and no flex in the chassis either. It is solid. I wish Samsung would have opted to use micro-usb charging instead of the proprietary barrel style charger. The charging cable is short, but since Chromebooks deliver hours and hours of battery life, you won't be tied to a wall outlet all the time. Overall, I like this Chromebook. The chromebook was purchase for my 8 yr old son. It is very user friendly and the size is perfect as he is always on the go. He loves it.

I love chromebooks, they've got the best features of tablets and desktops, with none of the drawbacks. Because I have a horrid tendency to spill coffee into them, or drop them from high places, i have to regularly replace mine. This was my third -- it is solid, fast, seems to have ability to keep myriad windows open with no hiccups. Speakers leave a lot to be desired, but hey, i have enough alternate sound systems around.

Lightweight, easy to use, my daughter loves using it to write papers on google docs and playing games on the intranet

This is our first Chromebook, purchased only to give high school student a way to do homework at school. They don’t allow phones, not enough computers for the 50 kids in a study period and all assignments are turned in online. This was our cheapest option and it allows WiFi connection to google. One year later it still works, but we will still need to purchase a MacBook in the near future. The biggest problem with this is wireless printing to my HP printer. It requires multiple steps and a lot of frustration. I wish I had purchased an iPad with a keyboard.

I really like my Samsung Chromebook but I have to say that my new one (I had to replace my old one when it "died") is not as easy to use keyboardwise. I make more mistakes and I miss letters when typing. I did try this to compare to the Acer Chromebook and felt it was better than the Acer. But, after having it at home, I feel like it's not as good of a keyboard as my old one from maybe 3-5 years ago. I feel the problem could be that the tops of the keys are not high enough. But, overall this product serves my purpose quite well. I just wish my old one hadn't died. I love Chromebooks for their simplicity. Most of us do email and browse the internet and so this is perfect and much more affordable. I recommend this to everyone who is in the market for a new laptop type of computer.

This is exactly what I needed -wanted something cheap and basic for mobile internet use. A lot of chrome books nowadays are way too overly complicated, with high def displays, touch screen, unnecessary processing power, etc. so you’re better of getting a normal laptop. This is the ideal Chromebook because it’s by far cheaper than a normal laptop and does what it’s designed to do. Never had any issues yet and now I use it most of the time when I am travelling!!!!

I purchased this as a laptop to browse online, my initial intent was to use it as a secondary internet source. Although I was uneducated about the Chromebook's abilities, I still found it to be very handy and to perform very well. The graphics are great as is the speed of performance as well, I only wish I knew about the restrictions of certain functions and abilities while using a Chromebook, again, my fault, NOT the product. Overall I'm very satisfied with it and still use it.

Easy to setup and use. Battery life is excellent. Doesn't fully replace a desktop or laptop, but sufficient for everyday use.

actually i already recmmend this samsing chromebook to my sister and my best friend. i show it to them and they like it.
