I enjoy this chrome book. I use it for school as well as Netflix aND surfing the web. The store has some nice offline apps. Definitely not a substitute for a full laptop or desktop, however it's lightweight,small,quick charge and long battery life. Good for a young child or casual user

Right out the packaging, this chromebook is ready to go! You will need a Google account but it comes with the suite of Google tools. Very easy to setup for people who aren't computer savy or very impatient. Not the best chromebook on the market but a great entry level model for any student or senior looking for a device to surf the net or homework.

Bought it for taking notes at college works great and nice size and weight

a bit slower than i thought it would be but no problem leaving many tabs open at one time which i like. it takes a while to get used to not having a delete key when responding to emails but it's not really a big problem. i don't like that viber doesn't work. i like that it updates and there is no need for extra virus/malware protection

Purchased this for my 10yr old son, and it has been great for him to do homework on. Just make sure to download something to block pop up ads

I LOVE my Samsung Chromebook. Does everything I need it to, ridiculously long battery life, and small and lightweight enough to actually be called "portable"! I also picked up Best Buy's own Insignia brand wireless mouse (I hate using a touchpad) and even tho the pkg said it would only work on Microsoft based products, the helpful clerk assured me it would work on a Chrome based tablet. So glad he was right. And i also purchased a great little ACME MADE neoprene sleeve that fits perfectly and has a thin plastic shield for more protection and a rubber strap to ensure the laptop stays put. Very happy with my haul, especially since the laptop was on sale, so I got everything I needed for under $200. Oh, and did I mention that the virus protection is built into this thing? Awesome!!!!!! I have a Samsung tablet, phone, and now this laptop. i refuse to buy any other brand of electronics, they are simply the best. Sorry Apple, you can keep your over-priced stuff, I am an Android girl through and through. And I will always shop at Best Buy rather than online stores that start with an A. If you ever have an issue, you can trot back to the store, talk to a human being, and they will take care of it for you.And no, I do not work for Best Buy. This is just my honest experience with this store. And with these products.

Bought this for my elderly mother who is not tech savvy. Great for internet use and Netflix. Not good for productivity.

What more can be said? For a little money you get a lot of Chromebook. It's solidly built and goes fast. You don't need a lot of memory with these but you'd be surprised what stuff you will be storing locally, so choose one with lots of memory anyway. Google Drive of course will pick up any slack.

If you are looking for a laptop only for browsing net & okay without touch screen then this is one of the best! Price is reasonable, very light weight and boot time is amazing, You might have to spend little time with the keyboard as having less buttons than the normal one. I my case I had to a powerwash for camera app to work,

Easy to use, light weight to take while traveling!

I bought this Chromebook for net surfing/browsing, access my mails, Secure shell, RDP for remote support and access/edit all documents include Microsoft files. Overall Its simple and works great for all my needs.
