I still have my full size laptop for everyday use. Purchased this one for travel. It has a great battery life. Wish it was a little faster. Went on line to try to get additional memory. Not available. There is a huge leaning curve. Been playing around with it to get used the functions. Would definitely recommend to a friend......

It's great for surfing the web but I cheaped out and should have gotten one with 8 gigs of ram, if speed and multiple tabs are what you really want het a new model when it comes out. It's terrible on facebook but every other site it smokes, just only 1-3 tabs can be open, if u want 20 tabs open wait til you can get an 8 gigger with 32 gig internal memory for pics etc use mini sd or usb mem stick, If you want a laid back web surfer this is great if u want real speed get a newer model, you get 100 gigs cloud see next (I got in before the end of April-these no longer get it, newer do) I also recommend getting a 128 gig mem stick or mini sd just i case someone hacks your cloud-this is virtually hackless but not sites, review sounds bad but these are good cheap web surfing books just buy the newer model with 8g ram and better than celeron processors unless u know how to overclock

This device is great for the price, allowing my daughter to be productive with school work on the go. Very light and portable but sturdy. My teenaged daughter loves it - No complaints! Certainly worth making the purchase if you are looking for an easy to use portable device for writing papers, checking email, etc. The Google echo system is awesome!

I am not a computer person. I just needed something to check my email and google different things. So for some one with less than basic computer skills this is the perfect thing. My kids used the chrome book in high school and they are the ones who pointed me in this direction. I am very happy with the chrome book.

I currently have a all in one computer and needed a portable laptop given that I will be storing my all in one for a few months. Essentially I needed something to just search the internet and check emails. My Samsung Chromebook is perfect to handle all the small tasks I need minus the weight of a regular size laptop.

Just the right size and powerful. Great for computing on the go.

Thankfully I did some research online and was able to shop for myself. The Chromebook works great and was a deal. When I got to the store, the employee couldn't help with the various brands or differences and didn't even know they had this in stock until I pulled it up on my phone to tell him. I get that most people want to shop online for the ease, but sometimes you just want to go in the store and see the actual item before you buy it. Not cool Best Buy.

This Samsung Chrome Book was purchased as a Christmas gift for our eleven year old grand daughter. Since this same type was being used by her school this computer was the right thing at this time. She can do her homework or any other school assignment. Her music teacher will load numerous music sheets so practice can be accomplished anywhere.

This is my second chromebook. Small easy to pack and fast.

I love my Chromebook. It is extremely easy to use and work on. This was my first time using Google docs. I was hesitant, but love Google Docs now. I do wish certain software could be downloaded on it, which is the only drawback. I use it a lot for writing articles and blogging. Definitely a great purchase!
