Going from a 15" to this, I was quite hesitant. But this has been great so far. I'm actually liking that it's smaller more and more each time I use it. I absolutely loved that as soon as I logged into the chromebook with my gmail account, all of my bookmarks, history and saved passwords were already there. So convenient! The sound is better than I had anticipated for the size and the charge lasts for a good amount of time. I thought it seemed like a good deal, good price when I purchased it and am really liking it. was worth it to change things up from my old laptop.

This is good for a student. Unfortunately I cannot print using my home printer and it only has a few games available to download.

The first one that I received was shipped to me defective. It would not turn on. Samsung said that I would have to return it to Best Buy. When I got my replacement unit at my local Best Buy, I brought it home, only to have the software not properly loaded. I spent 30 minutes or so on the phone with Samsung to get it operable. It now works fine, as did my previous Acer, but my confidence is Samsung is a little shaken. Where is the quality control check before packing these up for shipment, Samsung?
