Got a great deal on it paid only $86 for black Friday deal, well and early black Friday deal and save $96 on it so I save more than I have to pay for Herod tried it yet because it's wrapped up for gift but I'm thinking it's gonna be great

I purchased this for my Girlfriend who was using a tablet, and got sick of not having a keyboard to make blog posts etc. She took to the google "world" quite nicely and hardly ever asks me any questions about how to use it. The performance is satisfactory especially when you look at the specs and the price. We have only had it a few months so long term I am not sure how the storage is going to work out, but there is an SD card slot so I am pretty sure we can work it out. For the price you can't beat this unit, sturdy, and performs well.

After using this Chromebook for a year now, I really appreciate its performance and look. It has 32 gb of flash memory (which shows up as downloads in the Files app), so there is plenty of space to save local files. I've also explored using multiple google login accounts and switching between them, and it works well with the 4 GB of memory on this Chromebook. Overall a great laptop, my only negative would be the screen which will not get as bright or sharp as I would like. This is a great little laptop for $200.

Bought it as a birthday gift and they love it. Starts right up. Doesn't lag. No issues connecting and staying connected to wifi. Lightweight. Great battery life.

This is my second Samsung Chromebook. This one is a little smaller than my first, which I like. It is easy to travel with. For the price it's awesome.

My son's old Chromebook finally quit so we needed a replacement. This works well for what he needs. The small size allows it to fit in his locker and the 4gb of memory work much better than 2gb when multiple tabs are open. Note: we did have a tough time setting up his school account (that has not been encountered with other Chromebook models), but I found a work around by using a non-school account for initial startup, then I could add his school account as a new user profile and it worked fine.

Needed a computer that was small, quick and light. This was priced wonderfully and on sale. It has done the job so far. Very happy with purchase.

This was just was my daughter needed to complete online school projects. It is fast and reliable. It is small enough to tuck into a school bag.

Easy to browse and this device is light weight. charge holds for long long time. but my charging port seems to lose fit

I have a MacBook that I absolutely love. My husband needed a computer that he could throw in his bag and take to the fire station so he could watch movies during down time or surf the internet. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and the Chromebook was a great choice. It is so lightweight and has a 9 hour battery life. The OS is not hard to figure out and we both think it was a great value for how inexpensive it was.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He uses it for work almost daily. It's super convenient and easy to transport. We are Android and Google people, so the Chromebook fit in perfectly with our lifestyle.

I own a small healthcare business and we use a cloud based documentation software. I buy all Samsung Chromebooks for my employees to use. They are simple, fast, reliable and cheap. If anything goes wrong I can just reset the operating system and we are back up and running in only a few minutes. This is the 4th Samsung Chromebook I have purchased. The oldest one (3 years old used 5 days a week for 6+ hours each day) finally had some track pad problems. These are a great investment for a web based business.

This cromebook is an affordable way for you to purchase a cromebook for yourself or others. It doesn’t have a lot of the bells and whistles of an exspensive unit but serves the purpose

We bought this for my daughter to have a computer for school and she loves it. It's easy, straightforward, light, and small.

We needed an extra laptop for light office tasks. We did not need Windows and PC programs, and we use Google Apps and Docs extensively in our organization. We researched Chrome books and Samsung had the nicest keyboard in our opinion, with firm key travel, as well as good feedback on reliability for Samsung Chromebooks and this model in particular. We are happy with this purchase and I am considering purchasing another one of these for home when I replace my tablet this fall - having a keyboard is more productive for me than using a tablet screen. This is an excellent laptop for someone who needs more than a tablet, or someone who primarily uses Google Apps/Google Docs.

This chromebook is great. Small enough, light enough, and very very fast. All at a very affordable price. A must buy!

This is a nice unit. I purchased to replace the original Samsung model and the mfg date on this is exactly 3 years newer. After 3 years, the older Chromebook was basically falling apart (case, screen, touchpad, keyboard, etc). On this unit the case has a texture, but is otherwise typical hard plastic. Keys seem a little more slippery than the previous model but nothing you can't get used to. On the whole it appears less premium than the original, but with 4 GB of RAM it should run faster. My reason for taking off a star is that for 2 Google accounts in my family this was VERY difficult to migrate to. I mean I spent HOURS attempting to sign into it for these accounts. The problem is that by default Google has decided in their infinite wisdom to enabling syncing of your entire Google experience on the device, and there are in fact Chrome apps that are NOT PORTABLE and will cause the Chromebook to crash. So when you try to sign in for the first time, it tries to sync Chrome apps, and crashes. Over and over again. This is massive oversight of Microsoft-like proportions on the part of Google. In fact I've never seen Microsoft make a such a huge mistake with Windows. Only after hours of research did I figure out I had to A) try to go to every Chrome browser ever used on the account and disable all Apps and B) race though the menus and during the add user and login process to disable the sync of Apps. To be clear, this appears to be a fault of the Google Chrome OS, not the Samsung device. Once I was finally able to sign in to these accounts, all was well.
