This is a great laptop for everyday easy computing.

This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift, but my kids have taken it over. Fast processing. The only thing is I wish I could play the android games on it that I play on my phone.

This is a perfect balance between the tablet and laptap world. This is my 2nd buy of this product and perfect for my daughter. Have to have wifi connectivity and no cd drive and screen can be somewhat fragile but the latter is easy and inexpensive to replace. A good product

Purchased this Chromebook for my grandson he is still enjoying it. I thought it was kind of flimsy but it is withstanding for now. Which says a lot considering he has three smaller siblings. Great buy for the price.

I bought two of these for people that only use the computer for limited web surfing and they work great for that. One thing I found odd was that you really have to press hard on the power cords into the laptop and you will hear a click when it goes all the way in otherwise it won't charge correctly.

I want to like Chromebooks, but the plastic makes them feel overly cheap and flimsy to me. The one felt really light for its size, which is nice but it also makes me a little uneasy about carrying it around with me.

This laptop is great for everyday browsing and school needs. The processor is a little lackluster so it can lag a little bit sometimes and it also lacks the ability for program installation as well as photo editing software but otherwise it gets the job done.

This is perfect for parents looking to outfit their child needing a Chromebook for assignments, tracking daily school agenda, and communication with their teachers. Screen resolution is good enough for most uses, and it does well in most indoor lighting settings.

It gets the job done. The first one I bought the screen died after 2 weeks, but Best Buy replaced no questions asked. Return was easy. I have had it for months now and it has worked fine. Sometimes I miss not using microsoft features, but it is easy to use.

This is our second Chrome Book by Samsung. We had our first one for over three years of daily use until one day a hot cup of tea was spilled on it. We were so impressed with our first one we had no reservations about getting the same product again. Here's to many more years of use.

I had been toying with the idea of a Chromebook since they came out, and this was my first one. Considering the price, and the fact that it does everything I need it to I couldn't be happier. Whether just browsing the web, or streming YouTube this little guy packs quite the punch.

Automatically off the bat I started having problems with the charger which only charges when I hold it in a certain position. Besides that the computer is pretty good and simple for my at home use.

We bought this for my son....who really wanted google play. this was advertised to have it. It doesn't actually have it yet....but it will once they update the software. That part was a little disappointing on christmas morning, but overall this is a great chromebook! love it!

this particular computer was bought instead of the one I had set out to purchase but unfortunately was not in stock at the time, Because I needed it asap I settled for this. It gets the job done.

Purchsed for home-schooling for my 12 year-old granddaughter. Tried to find Chromebook with touch-screen but declined because of the (prox) 300% increase in cost. Great price at Christmas from Best Buy and well-received from my granddaughter.

Although this was a refurbished chromebook, it is very well built. There were no signs of wear or tear and all the components were in the box. My child has had no qualms with it or it's performance. Thanks Best Buy for a really best buy!

Value for money is excellent. Remeber you are buying a chromebook for 200 dollars and NOT a PC for a fair bit more. This chromebook does everything I expected and more. Do your homework and mske sure a chrome book is right for you. This Samsung is a very good buy.

I bought it because of the Samsung name, the reviews I read, and the extremely rugged build of this unit. I am very satisfied with it and use it daily. I wish it were a little bit snappier, but for the price it is very well worth it. Love it!

This was a great deal on black friday. It's for my daughter to use at home and at school for all of her school related needs. Not overly powerful but will do her well in completing what's necessary for middle school.

Perfect for my 12 yr old. Excellent for her homework and projects. Also able to watch Netflicks! Very happy with purchase. Best Buy made purchase quick, had in stock!! Was in and out in less than 15 min!!
