This chromebook does just what I need it to do. I write a lot and get to use Google Docs without losing my work. I can access it anywhere. I wouldn't want to use it for anything more complicated than that.

I find this system to be very light weight and sturdy. I do notice some slagging or freezing up but I'm not sure if that's because of the system or the internet connection

Picked up this laptop for my niece when she stated high school. It’s perfect. Quick start and user friendly. Needs WiFi to access files in cloud. Better than having a laptop with a hard drive. My niece loves it.

I needed to replace a Samsung Series 3 chromebook from 2013 which had ceased to receive updates. I first bought a Dell Inspiron chromebook which would not automatically boot up on startup. Thinking that was an isolated case, I returned that to Best Buy for another Dell Inspiron which had the very same problem in addition to a defective space bar. I returned the second defective Dell for a Samsung 3 which works fine. Over the years I have bought three Samsung chromebooks which have worked perfectly. After my experience with the two Dells' I will stick with Samsung.

This is a good small laptop but there are issues with certain apps displays. It is hard to figure out why some do not have all the information displayed on one page. Other than that issue it is a good value.

Computer is very nice. The free software they give with it is not compatible with it. Very disappointed that I spent a whole afternoon between The geek squad in Best buy for hours on the phone most of it on hold just to find out that their software does not go with their computer so I don't know why they would offer something that doesn't go with something and it was downloadable it wasn't like a box they gave you so very not happy about that was a waste of my whole day and my whole time waiting for this thing to come in if I didn't run my other one over with my wheelchair this would have never happened but some things happen for a reason

My children have been enjoying their laptop they received for Christmas. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. They were able to login to all of their school apps, and use them without a hassle.

Great laptop for web browsing, and light applications. Does noticeablely lag if you have more than three tabs open. If you can find one at good a price, I would bite the bullet and purchase it.

This Chromebook is very good and easy to use for work and typing documents. Keyboard is built good. And the software works super easy. Uses alright materials for the low price.

This chrome book has exceeded all expectations. My wife and I love using it to stream Netflix or Hulu on the go and browsing the internet is easy. It’s so compact and easy to use.

This is a great little laptop to do your little things that you want to do that don’t have to do anything with download but surfing the web and checking emails it’s very lightweight and thin.

Easy use, quick to start up, virus resistant. Chromebooks are great for basic internet use at home. I wouldn't recommend for heavy business use, but highly recommend for personal use.

Bought this for my sister in law who cares for my in-laws. She can now get her email and check social media by using her phone as a hotspot. She is very happy with the ease of use.

My grandson is really enjoying his Samsung 11.6 Chromebook Intel Celeron. He can do his homework. He can also connect his Chromebook to a printer. He can also go to google play for games.

This product was purchased for my 11 and 7 year old at the time. They loved them when they received them. It’s almost two years later and they still work great!

This thing feels cheap and is very laggy. The build is all-plastic and the screen is absolutely horrible. But if you only have $150 to spend, I guess it is an okay option. I ended up taking it back because of the aforementioned issues. It might be okay for a small child, but that's the only way I'd ever recommend buying this. If you can spring for $300 wait until one of the higher end Dell or HP Chromebooks go on sale.

chrome OS does not need amazing hardware to be quick and easy to use. doesn't get bogged down, battery is average, and screen is serviceable. great purchase for the sale price

This is a great chrome book and a steal for what I paid. When I saw what this was selling for elsewhere , boy was I glad I caught it on sale at Bestbuy. I only wish I got 2 more!

I wanted to gwt my daughter a new, sturdy, durable very reliable computer it this Samsung did more then that! I'm very grateful and the price made it that much better.
