A: When I bought this, I had an option to buy Office 365, which has Word. However, if you have a Gmail account, you can use Google Drive, which has Google Docs, which is Google's equivalent to Word. I have been using Google Doc's for several years, and the documents you produce from there are 100% compatible with Microsoft Word.

A: A Chromebook is a laptop of a different breed. Instead of Windows 10 or macOS, Chromebooks run Google's Chrome OS. These machines are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud.
A: There are A Lot of different accessories that you can get for almost any Chromebook. This one is a Samsung Chromebook 3, only 2GB of RAM with a 16GB Hard Drive so pretty much the most basic Chromebook that Samsung makes. So it's more for school than anything else. Even though it's not as powerful as the Higher end Samsung models I do know that they can be attached to External Hard Drives and even mine comes with Bluetooth capability which is what I use when I'm at home. I also have it hooked up to a Higher Resolution not that it really needs it but I have some Visual impairments that I was born with. I do know that you can hook-up some an external BluRay Player and much more to any Samsung Chromebook. What I suggest is if it's a Samsung you're looking to buy? Go on BestBuy's website and maybe they have a support technician that can answer anything of a more technical challenge. However I do know their are other Chromebooks that come with Touchscreen and Pens but those are mostly Samsungs' Chromebook Pro's and I didn't have that kind of money to spend on myself this year so I really hope that you are able to find what you're looking for and that I've been able to answer or give you a little bit more information to make your selection. Also I would like to add that my Chromebook 3 is a refurbished model from Bestbuy and I couldn't be more comfortable & happy with it. They really gave me a SWEET DEAL.
