It is perfect for what i bought it for not much memory but great for internet use and also for long trips to watch movies wouldnt recomend for school or work just for stay at home internet and games

We needed something to get email, use FB and surf the web. This Chromebook fit the bill perfectly. Could have used our iPhone, but wanted a bigger screen and keyboard. Didn’t need anything to store any data, documents, etc. The size is great for travel also.

I purchased Samsung's Chromebook for my mom. She needs a computer for searching online and email. Basically -- that's it. She is neither the best at typing on a computer's keyboard nor using a sensor pad or mouse. So far -- Samsung's Chromebook is ideal for her.

I'm not tech-savvy and find a Chromebook meets my needs. As has always been my experience at Best Buy, the staff was extremely helpful in getting the device up and running! Not only would I recommend the product and BB staff -- I have a number of times!

We bought this for our son to use as a word processor and get familiar with a laptop. It is perfect for him, but as a adult I think it’s way too small. It functions for our very basic needs and I can not comment on any “heavy duty” or complex functions.

If you’re looking for a basic, inexpensive chrome book for surfing, email, etc., this is a good choice. It’s not a powerhouse and the charging cord is unique but it gets the job done for <$100

Bought this for my 9 year old son for Christmas. He uses one of these at school and wanted one at home. He’s used it everyday since, so I’d say he likes it. Not sure why he likes it more than his Apple iPad, but this is what he asked for.

I bought the Chromebook to meet certain specific needs and it meets some extremely well and others not at all. It's great for browsing the internet. The salesperson told me that I could use my Office 365 subscription to work with PowerPoint and make presentations off a USB drive. I assigned (wasted) Office 365 to the Chromebook and was disappointed. It opened the presentation from the USB drive and it appeared in a messed up format using some Google program. The presentation was not usable for an audience. I should have been skeptical that I could do this with a device at this low price point. Oh well.

We previously purchased chrome books for our older kids. Our 6 year old started school this year and they have been using chrome books so thought it would be a great way to keep him learning at home. He loves it!

I bought 3 of these on sale... one for each of my kids. They use them for school and educational games. No problems yet and kids are enjoying their use.

Good way to watch your movies and tv shows you buy from google. Watch them w/o using data and stream to tv. Save your google play purchases with a sd card.

I bought this for my younger brother who has no concept of how to use the Internet and all it needs to do is access his email and be able to connect to the Internet to fill out job applications.

For each of my granddaughters for each of their respective birthdays, I purchased one for each of them. How perfect for their schoolwork, and all that they do!!!!!! A PERFECT GIFT!!!!!! LOVE THEM!!!!

So thankful I decided to get this with homeschool implemented now. It’s great laptop and my son is able to get his school work done and zoom class meetings done. Great laptop

We bought this as a Christmas present for our 8 year old daughter. I can’t really review it yet as it’s not Christmas yet so we haven’t opened it, but our 8 year old will love it no matter what!

I bought this laptop for my daughter, mostly for school work and basic browsing. We’ve had no real issues as of now. It is a tad slow but that’s to be expected. Overall very satisfied.

This was a christmas gift for my 10 year old son. He plays his games and watches youtube on it. And since the pandemic he has been doing his online school on it.
