Entry-level machine with sub-par performance

I only wantded something to use for streaming. I told the salesperson I was going to connect it to a TV so didn't care about it being a touchscreen or screen quality for that matter. So finding something that was less that $200 was ideal. So as a result, the screen quality are below what's considered basic. My main issue is having poor performance from WiFi and Bluetooth radios. This machine gets a "medium" signal at best in Wii even with line-of-sight and the Bluetooth connection has been unstable from day one. I'm currently back and forth with Samsung support to resolve/replace it. I'm hoping this machine is a maverick and not the baseline for this model. But so far it should be avoided.

I only needed it to run one financial program. Surprise! this laptop doesn't have windows and can't run pc software. I had to return it and ordered what I was looking for from Walmart. I'm sure it's probably good for what it is. I'm a pc person though...
