I bought this product and it stopped working the 3rd time I turned it on. Best Buy would not fix the product, so I was forced to return it without a suitable replacement being offered.

i love it! It's slim, portable, perfect size, awesome display and battery life!

I needed this for law school class notes and assignments, emails and surfing the internet. This laptop is slow loading pages. I had to switch back to my old laptop several times because the old one was faster loading webpages. The wifi would randomly drop and I would have to wait for this computer to "fix" it, until the next drop. This is not an issue with my home network. My old laptop and other devices worked fine with no problems while this laptop was having problems . It has also locked me out a couple of time and I have had to restart it even though I was entering correct password. I'm not sure if these are OS problems or processor problems or hardware problems but this thing is too slow and has to many problems for being brand new and right out the box #I bought it new#. There are other minor issues and annoyances but the terrible networking and locking out are the main reasons I'm returning it. I would go into the other things but this review is getting long already. Just take my word for it and please don't buy this laptop. You will regret it. Thank goodness no restocking fee. I really tried to love this laptop and tried to get used to it but these are big issues. I am going to try the similarly priced laptop with windows 7 because with finals and the bar exam coming up in a few months I don't have time to figure out if its windows 8 or the hardware. * Also just read another review that seems to suggest its a processor problem. Either way wont be my problem because I'm returning this laptop.

If you plan on picking up a Samsung series 5 or 7, you'd better go ahead and pick up a usb wireless adapter as well. The Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6235 installed in these will drop your wireless connection and constantly need to be reset. Streaming and downloading will be practically impossible. The laptop looks beautiful and the sound is terrific. The camera is okay but the battery life isn't the greatest. If your the type who likes a average sized laptop for portability, this is not the one as it is relatively heavy. Performance wise, its pretty fast although it takes some time to open most apps on windows 8.

First time buying from Best Buy and most likely last time. Was disappointed on how Geek Squad handles laptops. Right out of the box, the display was flickering. Some serious motherboard issue. Beware, these guys don't know what their doing and can end up spending hundreds of dollars. Waited excitedly to receive it only to go through the hassles of returning it cause they didn't have a replacement. Never again will I buy from them again.

This is the perfect size, price was right, I bought ir refub'ed. I have has good luck with refur'ed unit. Problems usually corrected. No issues with it after 2 months
