I bought this for an older parent to use for web, email and Zoom and wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Since I set it for him I had a day ot two try it out. All I can say is "Wow!" for a product priced this low. It's got a beautiful fit and finish, the screen is large and crystal clear and it's dead silent! My father loved it when it arrived and he's been very happy in the weeks since using it. I set him up with a mouse to use and it makes it easier to navigate, so that's something to consider. As an aside, the packaging was really well designed as well; both environmentally friendly and rock-solid for protecting the actual product. I could see this working well for students, small businesses or families. Basically, anyone NOT looking to do heavier lifting like gaming or photo/video editing. OS: The interface is obviously a little different than either Windows or Mac environments, but they keep it pretty simple too, so it shouldn't take long to get used to.

Light-weight, big screen, perfect for general use like checking email and social media and browsing websites. Perfect for travel and outdoor use. Can't beat the price!

I got this Chromebook to be used in the shop. Not the most friendly environment... It is doing fine though! WiFi is better than expected... I thought I might need one of those range extenders... But it just got good signal where it is placed now. I charge it all night and then mostly used on battery all day! Never had issues with that. I use it to check info online, to edit and write google sheets files and also access the windows computer inside via google remote. Screen is big and clear enough. Speakers are not the loudest but working fine. The chassis is rigid and holding fine. Happy with the purchase!

This is a solid Chromebook. Chromebooks are easy to use, and fortunately, this is bigger than most Chromebooks. In case you are handing this over to little ones, the durability of it may not work as well for some of them. The laptop is thin, the battery life is great, and the display is average. It is an easy and surprisingly great quality small device.

The screen is bigger than expected. It is not bad for the price. If you are look for something cheap and good , this is good for you.

i enjoy my new laptop computer that i bought at Best buy .It is very light and compact with a nice design to use and a nice color it works very good and it has many features that i like to use. It has a built in camera to see people if you like that .it has speakers and can hook up to bigger speakers for better sound. it is fast so i dont have no problems

Love this little laptop. Runs & plays pretty quickly, as I primarily use it for email, FB, internet searches, etc. Using it with a wireless mouse works better than the touch pad, as the touch pad tends to stick in one corner. There's also no delete button, which is weird. The only thing I don't like is if you do a complete shut down you must always enter a password, and no way around it (at least that I researched). For the money, very satisfield with it.

This chrome book so far is amazing for the price! It is light and feels like an Apple laptop! I am very happy with this purchase so far!

I love the wide screen, sleek design, and unbeatable price tag. Trackpad and keyboard both work well. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the TERRIBLE speaker (like, so bad I need headphones to watch a movie even if I'm by myself). There's also only one USB port, which isn't a dealbreaker but is kind of annoying, especially if you're using a mouse. Overall a great deal.
