I bought this Samsung laptop to replace an older Sony Vaio that was pretty much dead. The Samsung was reviewed very highly on Amazon, Best Buy, and most computer websites, so I found one that was refurbished by Geek Squad (total price for the refurbished model was $249 USD for a $499 computer), and I purchased it sight-unseen. The computer arrived three days later. I set it up, turned it on, and everything worked completely as advertised. It booted up quickly, runs fast and smoothly, the Windows 8 operating system is easy to navigate once it's figured out (the Sony that replaced it was Windows 7). The only issue that I have with this computer is very minor, and it's that the touchpad is a little too large and a little too sensitive. When I try to type on the keyboard, some of the time my hand or wrist will come into contact with the pad and the cursor will move to wherever I last clicked the mouse pad buttons. Anyway, this has been a great computer for the money, and I definitely will be looking at Samsung computers in the future.

I love this laptop, i like da color alotta hardrive, and a very reasonable price.

Bought a refurbished laptop and not that bad for the price. Great for school or for anyone on a budget. Mouse is very sensitive when typing, so I bought a usb keyboard to solve the problem.

I only use this laptop occasionally, but I love how it's large and everything that I needed was there. I'm having a little difficulty learning new Windows8, but then, I am an old dog lol

This is my first laptop, wasn't sure what to expect buying a refurbished one, but I am very happy with my purchase. Nice shape and clean looks like it was brand new, no troubles with it. Getting used to windows 8. I would diffently recommend this!
