The speakers were easy to setup. The sound level cannot be adjusted. The price was very reasonable.
Regretfully, Best Buy's customer service at the store in Yonkers was the worst I have ever encountered, including the intervention by the manager. Absolutely an unacceptable encounter.

A good addition for a Samsung curved HDTV

I wanted to improve the sound quality for my 65-inch Samsung curved HDTV without spending alot of money. I first selected the Samsung 3.1-channel soundbar and wireless sub-woofer and then added the two wireless speakers. It all installed quite easily and performs quite well. I can hear conversations in TV programs much clearer and the bass levels are much better. The only minor issue is that sometimes the remote receiver fails to pair with the soundbar and I have to power-off the soundbar and wireless speaker receiver to re-boot the pairing.

I added these to my HW-K550/ZA Samsung sound bar. The sound is great and the small size is very convenient to not overpower the area. The only drawback is that they market them as a 'wireless' system. There is a receiver that is wireless from the main system, but the speakers still need to be wired to that, leaving wires exposed against the wall and limiting where they can be placed.

At first I wasn't careful and didn't see the dimensions of the actual speakers themselves, they are quite small. Despite their size I remained optimistic and set them up in my average sized apartment living room. After a quick read-through of the manual to set them up (two steps really) I was all set to try them out on my 4K TV setup with the matching Samsung 3.1 soundbar. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and clarity that is projected by those little guys. The room seemed to fill up quickly with the sound and the clarity they provide. I also happened to get them at an open box price which was a nice discount. Overall they are a great value and add a great dimension of sound to your viewing/listening experience. 4 stars because they could project bass a little bit better but the subwoofer that accompanies the soundbar makes up for that in the case of my setup but others might see this as a bigger drawback.

Just got a Samsung 65" 4K tv that was seriously lacking in sound so I got the Samsung 450 sound bar and a few days later added the rear speaker kit. They all paired up easily and work great together. At first I was disappointed in the rear speakers because like many reviews that I've read, they were hard to hear anything. I did a web search and found the online manual to the speaker bar and it tells you how to turn up the volume on rear connected speakers. Very pleased now and quite impressive for the money. Be aware that the speakers are wireless from the speaker bar but are wired to the small receiver that you put on the other side of the room. I'll try to post a pic of the online manual tutorial.

Purchased these to go with my Samsung 3.1 sound bar. They were simple to setup and connect to system. Like everyone else notes, they are not wireless as they are wired to their hub. The hub is wireless. Samsung should change their product description. I can see how someone, like my wife, would buy these thinking that in fact they are wireless.
These speakers are supposed to be pointing AT you, as in movie mode (TV setting), they don't output like the sound bar. We have ours sitting on end tables on each side of the couch. This works well. But here is why I deducted one star: since the speakers should be pointing at you, the speaker wire terminals should have been made on the side of the speaker, not the back. That way the terminals would be facing the wall, therefore not very visible. As they are, the terminals/wires are facing to the side because you have the speaker pointing at you.
That noted, these where well worth the price.

So I did some reading and research before buying these add-on speakers for the surround bar that I ended up purchasing as well. I wanted to make sure they were compatible with my soundbar as well as how they work in conjunction with it. It connects very well to the soundbar, levels are adjustable through the soundbar as well. They do put out a good amount of sound when their levels are turned up.
Speakers are not 100% wireless, they do have wires going from the transmitter to them. There is a good amount of wire so you'll have plenty of room to set them wherever you'd like within reason. The transmitter is Bluetooth and connects effortlessly. It's about the size of a decent book and not an eyesore.
Overall they're a great little add-on to your system to add some rear sound behind you while watching movies. I got mine for around $38 as an open box item, well worth it in my opinion.

Surround Sound System Complete

We purchased the Samsung 2.1 channel sound system with the wireless subwoofer and decide to add the matching the wireless rear speaker to the system to both compliment and complete our surround sound system. It was an excellent purchase decision. Since the receiver is wireless, you don't have to figure out how to get wires from the front of the room to the back. Please be aware that the speakers that hook to the receiver are NOT wireless. Pairing the rear system to the main system at the TV was simple and quick. Everytime the main system turns on, it connects to the rear system automatically. We're very happy with the system.

After read too many reviews about theses speakers I decided go for it because sometimes peoples are wrong, this is the case. Too many people say that the speakers are not loud enough and they retuned, when I installed I noticed the same but I was very concern about it and I started looking for some configuration, I founded in the sound settings a new step who did not were there before this installation, this step let you turn on and off the rear speakers and turn the volume up to 6, after that I immediately noted a really good change in the soundround audio, and be sure that this is on too because every time when you change the equalizer it turner off automatically, now I enjoying a really evolving sound, I am very happy whit this purchase to complement my new Samsung soundbar.

Rear Loud Speakers Give Good Surround Sound!

The Rear Speakers were connected to the base station which needed an outlet. Once we found the appropriate place where there was an outlet, it was easy to set-up and get working. After adjusting the placement of the speakers in terms of height, the surround sound was good! It connected remotely
with the Samsung soundbar.

I purchased a new Samsung television, and wanted a soundbar and wireless rear speakers I could use with the same remote. These rear speakers did the trick. They have good sound, including the subwoofer. They link to my Samsung soundbar, and I can use my Samsung remote to control all speakers. I'm happy with the purchase.

Essential addition to the K550 soundbar

After three months of ownership I have zero regrets.
I have the HW-K550 Soundbar paired with the SWA-8000S/ZA wireless rear surround speakers.
The room is a large open family room/dining/kitchen area and I have the sound bar sitting on a swivel along with an LG 55EG9100 display connected via HDMI ARC.
I can watch the display from all the way across the space and still get clear rich sound and dialog from the 3.1 channels of sound bar while only setting the volume to 30 (it goes to 50)
All of the 5.1 multi-channel content I have listened to through the soundbar/wireless rear combo has been great.
While I think a full receiver/wired 5.1 speaker combo may sound better, I fully enjoy what I get out this 5.1 combo and don’t miss all the wires and extra components.
I spent some time adjusting the various settings on the sound bar until I hit a combo that works well for just about all the content I listen to.

I got these on sale to go along with a Samsung 2.1 soundbar, and the wireless connection keeps the setup clean and simple. They make the 2.1 system sound like a true surround system. I heard no lag or sync issues which is a common complaint with some wireless systems! The only additional setup was to adjust the (low default) volume level of the rear speakers. I had to Google the procedure for my Samsung soundbar because the manual did not actually say how to access that feature! Don't let the low default volume put you off... These work fine!

I bought these wireless speakers to complement my Samsung soundbar, hoping that they could do a decent enough job of creating some surround sound in my living room. Well, they are not very good. You are better off with a true home theater setup or an amp and separate speakers- trust me. They are not very loud and you almost have to sit next to them so that you can hear them. I also hear static coming out of them even when there's no audio. They do serve a purpose I suppose, if you want to sit close to them and have less wires laying around these might be great addition to your Samsung soundbar.

I read the online reviews for this unit before purchasing also reviewed it in store before I purchased my sound bar definitely picks up the surround it just lacks the base that traditional wired speakers have but all in all I'm definitely satisfied for it being wireless they are pretty good i do suggest if you do buy to have them pointing toward you in your seating direction they do pick up the sound but lack a little in surround displacement but overall for the price I paid I'm satisfied
