came with a missing part, Samsung customer service sent me the wrong part in a massive box, now on my porch. The freezer area is malfunctioning. My thermometer reads a temperature of 22 below zero. The extreme cold in the refrigerator freezer area is unaffected by any temperature setting. The coldest setting, you can select, is 8 below but I have seen the freezer bin reach 28 below. Periodically the fridge makes a grinding plastic sound. Samsung customer service is a disaster, with people who seem to be helpful, but aren't, and you never hear from them again. Two repairmen advised me against a Samsung or an LG brand, but I did not want to wait 4 to 8 weeks and bought what was available. I should have listened to there warnings.

Counter depth was a factor with this fridge. I have bought this for a relative and now buying another one. Keeps ice cream perfect, too. It provides enough room to put a water jug on shelf. Love the French doors.

This refrigerator has a lot of useable space for a smaller refrigerator. I was limited by width and depth so there were not a lot of options available. The only negative comment would be that the icemaker is noisy.

My daughter bought the same one and the factory could not fix it and gave them a full refund. They had continued problems with it. Our appears to be running OK for the last 3 months...it is the best option for a smaller space, and one of the few 33 inch counter depth fridges available.

I replaced my older, smaller fridge with this one. We have so much more room, but the multiple shelves allow for great organization. I love the "power freeze" option on the freezer -- if we buy drinks we need to cool fast, we stick them in the freezer, hit the power freeze button and they are cool in minutes! My only complaint is that the freezer drawer doesn't pull out far enough, I wish the opening was a bit wider. But, once you get used to it, you don't notice it anymore. Great product overall and we are very happy with this purchase!

I purchased this for my daughter' small kitchen. She needed a counter depth fridge and this is perfect. I was surprised at the amount of space inside and the style available.

This fridge fit in my limited space well. The fact that it's counter depth (shallower than standard) means items don't get buried n the back I just wish there was a split shelf for taller items. All in all, so far pleased with this purchase.

I really dig my new fridge. Perfect for a bachelor and smaller condos. It's quiet & efficient, and I like the freezer at the bottom 3rd of the unit. French doors are cool and you can put a lot in the doors. I did have to take out the lower shelf in the fridge because I need the height space. Still very pleased

needed a new second refrigerator, but space is limited so the counter deep on this Samsung works perfect. Used to high end appliances in stainless steel finish. The finish on this refrigerator is a cheaper plastic to the touch. But for the price and needs this fits the bill.

I love the separate temperature control for the freezer and refrigerator. The humidity control for the large, clear produce baskets are also a plus. There is not a lot of freezer space or room in the refrigerator for bulky items but a few adjustments and it worked out.

Size is good in my small kitchen. It is quiet. I like its interior design.

This refrigerator is compact and works for my small kitchen. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Only a couple of comments: I would like more options for adjusting shelf heights, and the freezer is somewhat "congested", but understandable because of the overall size.

Takes up less space than my last refrigerator and holds more! Plus, it is so quiet and costs less to run. As a bonus, it is good looking.

It looks elegant and fits perfectly in our narrow opening. If you have a similar problem of narrow opening, this is a great product

My only concern is that it is smaller than my previous due to the counter depth size.

I've only had the refrigerator for about 10 days, but so far it appears to be an excellent choice. I had a space against a wall and was concerned about putting a 36" wide refrigerator there and with this one at 31 inches, it worked well. I don't have a problem with the door opening against the wall. With the height at about 70", it looks like it fills in the space perfectly. It has operating quietly and works perfectly.

This is a second refrigerator in our house for the wet bar in our basement. We wanted one that is counter depth and fit the limited width of our cabinet. This refrigerator meets both criteria, and so far it's been working well without any problems.

Look the double suicide doors freezers on the bottom like the South Pole stainless steel amazing lighting lots of room .

We live a quarter mile from the store so no need to stock a big refrigerator. Little disappointed in the lack of info prior to purchase about the placement of motor. Ice maker has some issues as well. Noisy when ever ice maker kicks on.
