Has to buy this fridge last July during Covid. It’s been good so far but the only complaint is the you should be able to raid and lower shelves a little more. Some large gallon sized jugs can’t fit in fridge unless they are laid on their side

I see a lot of bad reviews on this product so I bought the protection package just in case. So far I have no issues and it runs great. Very quiet and it leaves no fingerprints! We will see what happens in a year but I would recommend the product to anyone. There is always going to be manufacturing hiccups. Trust me I visit a lot of plants but it shouldn't discredit the brand as a whole.

Samsung double door refrigerator is great for getting in and out of the fridge!

...this is about as good as it gets. Pros: - Good lighting - Nice color/finish - It's magnetic, despite being stainless - Crisper drawers work better than any I've ever used Easy/obvious temp controls (though...I guess if I was designing it, I'd prefer an up/down button pair for each temp adjustment, not a single down button that you have to cycle through) - Dual-zone temp control, so you don't have to decide between barely-cold-enough fridge and hard-as-a-brick ice cream. Cons: - Obviously I wish it was deeper, but that's impossible. - I think the shelving could be a bit more flexible -- because of how it's laid out, you can only put tall things (milk, wine) in the doors, which is a bummer. - I don't need (or want) the icemaker functionality, so that's just taking up space. I wish it was like a module that could be pulled out. - The you-left-the-door-ajar alarm is quieter than a baby kitten meow. There is no way you're hearing it unless you're standing within a few feet.

Nice looking fridge, with fair amount of freezer space for its size with ample room inside and quiet. I wish the top shelf was a bit lower for higher containers and had a bit more room on the side shelves for higher bottles as well. Also I need to make sure doors close otherwise they sometimes stay partly open.

Exactly what i was looking for in a refrigerator. Except for one reset we had to perform on it after the temperature temporarily stopped holding in both the fridge and freezer, there have been no issues. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Catalyst for finally changing all my appliances to Samsung.

Very quiet with lots of storage space and looks great in any decor

Spent a week trying to locate a counter-depth fridge only 34" wide that wasn't a retro freezer-top, two door fridge. And this is the only model that existed, so I'm very pleased to see Samsung offers this for us smaller kitchen owners. The only design flaw is the doors don't stay closed. Unless the user intentionally closes and holds both fridge doors shut, they may stay open a little and eventually the open door alarm will go off. (And, yes, the fridge is level.) And bear in mind, "fingerprint resistant" does not mean "fingerprint proof." Our 4-year old tested this within 24 hours and you'll still need to clean off fingerprints, but it is much better than standard stainless steel fridges.

We wanted to change the look in our kitchen by going black and french door. We are happy with the look. It's definitely fingerprint resistant. Ice maker works as expected. Matches our other black stainless steel appliance by other manufacturers well.

The fridge makes a small amount of noise.The ice maker does make some noise when it produces ice cubes. Overall it is ok- fridge. We will see how long it will last. Just had it for one month.

The finishing on the refrigerator blocks the appearance of fingerprints. The size is perfect for the space we had in the kitchen. We all love the bottom freezer and the easy access. The open door alam is a super plus because the grandchildren are constantly going inside getting treats.

We love this Fridge! It keeps things cold and frozen, easy to clean inside and out. The only drawback is it is hard to put tall items in the fridge, except in the doors. I think we would have ordered the next size up, but it was on back order and we really wanted a functioning fridge

We waited almost 4 months for our refrigerator, we ordered a refrigerator and waited for so long that it was discontinued and we were not told until we called the warehouse and found out, that was on April 23. It was not the refrigerator we wanted or ordered, we feel that we should be compensated for this. We are also stockholders in your company, and we feel that we were treated unfairly. The refrigerator was canceled a total of five times the first date was February 3, the second date was February 29, third date was March 21, fourth date was April 10, fifth date was April 29, And it was finally delivered on May 1, 2020.

absolutely love the fridge and keeping it clean is a breeze with black stainless steel finish. I live alone and this fridge is plenty big for me, and the delivery guys were awesome, careful, courteous, knew what they were doing, all around a great experience.
