Has broken twice in less than 2 years
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This refrigerator broke a little over a year after purchase (had a 1 year warranty of couse that was expired) and I had it fixed by Samsung. 9 months after Samsung "fixed" it, the same issue occurred again. Neither Samsung nor Best Buy will cover either of the repair costs on this appliance I've owned for less than two years. I feel this is bad business for both parties, especially from a customer who (until now) only buys large appliances from Best Buy and has always purchased Samsung. Feels like a miss on their side as it would cost them approximately $150 to resolve this issues, and my future business would easily have been thousands of dollars on more Samsung product as I prepare to move into a new home. It's not about the money. It's about the product and the service. And both are lacking. Call me old fashioned but when you spend money on a premium brand at a top retailer you expect the product to last at least 5 years without issues.
