Fits and looks wonderful in my 1,000 square foot loft downtown LA. The size fits perfect in the space allotted in the kitchen bar area and that platinum stainless steel look compliments the entire setting. The food and drink look great with the nice lighting from the Samsung and the double french doors are nothing but the best.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase experience with Best Buy. Not only did I get the Best price, I received also the Best customer service with the sales transaction and, also, efficient, punctual, professional delivery service. The refrigerator is everything I had hoped it to be and then some. It fits perfectly in a tight spot in the kitchen, keeps the food at the right temperature and looks great!.

This refrigerator does not have a water dispenser inside the door or inside the fridge but because of the width issue this was the only model that would fit and I do like the French Doors

We purchased the smaller Samsung French Door refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. I initially was concerned it would not be roomy enough since it was 3" narrower than your standard frig. I also thought I would not enjoy the bottom freezer too much, but wasn't really sure. My husband really wanted this frig, as did my son and so we went for it. We bought it right before Christmas so we saved $400 bought it for $904!!! What a great price! So the frig arrives and the 2 men that delivered it were true experts, they did not roll the frig over my new floors but carried it! Unbelievable! The were in/out fast and clean. They also took our nasty old frig with no extra charge..yippee! Okay getting to the new Samsung...it's quiet and it holds a boat load of stuff. I have fallen in love with this baby. The upper refrigerator section is so big, you can see everything very clearly. I did have to rearrange my milk, oj and other big containers on the doors but it wasn't a big deal. The freezer below has as much room as my side by side and I can see what I have in there very easily. I used to have ice and water in the door with my old side by side and thought I would miss the ice feature (never used the water since we have a separate unit) and you know what, opening the freezer to get ice is not an issue at all! I am so very happy with this purchase I could go on and on!! Oh yes, one last beautiful feature is that since the unit is 3 inches narrower, I can easily pull the unit away from the wall and vacuum behind it with an attachment. The wheels on the frig make it pretty easy to roll. LOVE IT!

Well, the product itself is amazing. I think it came just short of 5 starts because I don't think it really is built that solid. Some of the plastic inside feels like a kids toy. This doesn't have anything to do with the product review, but I wanted to make others aware since Best Buy is horrible at putting up products specs. The specs say it has a water filter, but it did NOT come with one. After going on Samsungs website, you have to purchase one separately and it does not hook up internally. You have to splice it in to the water supply line. Not a big deal for me though, I'd rather not have to deal with filters, my water taste great.

Kitchen has a narrow space that prevented buying a standard width refrigerator, but this unit fit nicely. Overall, very happy with it. One of the drawers was cracked on delivery, but Best Buy replaced it immediately. The door ajar alarm is a very nice feature. My only complaint is that the shelving is not very adjustable. As a result, the only place that gallon-sized jugs can be put is on the doors. WIth a relatively small unit like this, that's not really a major surprise though.

We just moved into our house and needed a new fridge. We were looking from April until the day we got this one. We decided to get this one in August. I couldn't wait to go grocery shopping once we set it up. Everything fits in it perfect. It's just my husband and myself, but we shop for a month at a time. Plus all the little extras we like to get. I wasn't sure if I would like the bottom freezer or not. I'm glad I got it. even with the ice maker. For myself it is easier because I had trouble stacking everything in my top freezer. I don't have to worry about it anymore. I don't really know what to say except I love it and I'm glad I got it. I just hope it lasts forever.

This is a great fridge if you have a small space. My disappointments with this fridge are the lack of available slots to move the shelves and bins on the door. I ended up having to remove 2 bins from the door to accomodate other items. Also a regular pound of butter in the box doesn't fit in the butter bin :(

Easy to set up and use. Needs to have more adjustment on the shelves to hold taller items. Very quiet.

I bought this fridge in December 2012. I was going to go with the larger model but decided on this one because it was on sale for less than $1,000 with free delivery. I like it except my kids fingerprints are everywhere and it scratches easily. The manual says to clean the finish with a damp lint-free cloth. Doing that makes it worse. I use glass cleaner wipes on it and then buff it out with a lint-free cloth and that works much better. If you have kids or a well lit kitchen you may not want this fridge in the black finish, as you can see every scratch and fingerprint. Don't use magnets on it either as it takes the finish off.

Wanted so much to love this fridge. My old fridge finally quit after 25 years. This fridge seemed large and useable in the store. Unfortunately when my wife and I tried to load our food into it we met disappointment. With the french doors there is extemely limited storage space. We had to remove a shelf in each door just to get enough height between the shelfs to put things like mustard and pickles onto to them. The main shelves, even after adjusting, never give enough clearance to put anything tll on them, no 1/2 gallon milk, no 2 liter coke bottles, forget about wine bottles. The crisper bins are very generous in size. Probably too generous as an inch or so of less depth could really be used between the shelves. The cute little movable drawer needs to be deeper as well, can barely get a tub of sandwich meat into it. We both wish we had purchased a larger fridge with only two doors . Probably would have had a whole lot more flexibility in space utilization.

An extremely noisy refrigerator that does not function well at all. Freezer stays at -20 no matter what the temperature is set to. Temperature display shows "0" but thermometer put in freezer consistently bottoms out at -20. Incredibly noisy when it kicks "on" which is often. Can be heard several rooms away. Looks great, nice size, and excellent price when on sale but cannot recommend.

The 1st Samsung refrigerator we received from Best Buy started to make very loud noises intermittently within the first 24 hours after delivery. The freezer temp registered at minus 17, which was more than 20 degrees below the setting!! The 2nd Samsung also started making the same noise several hours after it was delivered, the freezer temp registered BELOW minus 20, and the door-open alarm didn't work!! The repair person said that both the compressor and the main board needed to be replaced, so we decided to return this bad fridge and not get another Samsung replacement. We received absolutely horrible treatment from Best Buy over the several weeks we were dealing with these bad fridges. Many of our phone messages were not returned and several of my emails went unanswered. When I asked to have the 2nd bad fridge picked up, I was told that I had to wait at least 10 days for the pick-up since the Best Buy trucks were fully booked for the next 9 days! After speaking to a customer service specialist at the central Best Buy toll-free number, I received a phone call from the local manager. He apologized several times for all the trouble we had with the many employees we talked to over several weeks and he said he would work to improve customer service. His most telling statement was that none of the Best Buy employees we spoke to had made our fridge problem a priority!

We bought this for our new home and were pleased with the quick delivery and set up. It's still working perfectly after four months and can't complain. The ice maker is noisy and scared us in the middle of the night a few times, but I'd recommend this product.

I bought this fridge in a locan BestBuy store. It has great appearance with stainless plainum design. I has many good features like many storage shelves and drawers. The performance is good so far. The delivery people from BestBuy were very nice and friendly. They deliver and set up the fridge with high caution.

For the price this fridge is great , I know some people complain about lack of space but I have had not problem, I could see it being a problem if I had more people living with me, but its just me and the girlfriend.

We replaced our kitchen appliances and purchased this unit in December 2010. The only issue we have had: when it made too much ice and the cover came off the sensor. We popped it right back on and kept an eye on the ice level, turning it off when needed. A note to Samsung-the door storage is for gallon jugs, but we find our milk is colder when stored on the shelf. Unfortunately the shelving has a 1/4" lip which forces you to tilt the gallon to place it on the shelf. We drink about 6 gallons of milk per week so this was a minor snafu for us with the design of this unit. The storage bins are roomy and keep everything fresh longer than our old unit. Freezer on the bottom is a wonderful feature and we have more than enough storage there. Remember to put the ice scoop to the side of the bin so it doesn't catch the sensor when the drawer is opened!

Replaced 10 yr. old refrigerator with this one, I am very happy with the appearance, energy rating and that it operates very quietly. I also like the lighted digital display of the temperature reading. Bestbuy offered a great price and financing.

Refrigerator fit perfect in the small space I had, but only lasted less than a week before breaking down. Poor design when it comes to the water inlet tube, mounted just above the refrigerator circuit board. Water leaked into the circuit board compartment, which fried the circuit board. Returned refrigerator for a Kitchen Aid, which had more features.
