My previous refrigerator was a side-by-side and though new one is the same size, the bottom freezer is an adjustment for me because all the meats are in same place; with my old fridge I had a shelf for each type of meat: pork, chicken, beef, etc.

Great refrigerator over all. We were tight on space due to an older house and it fits perfectly. This refrigerator runs super cold. For a small size it has a lot of room inside.

The refrigerator is nice it stays really cold and chimes if you leave it open too long

We had been looking for a new Refrigerator for some time. Desired features were French doors, bottom freezer and stainless finish. However, size limitations seemed to rule this out. However, this refrigerator met all requirements, and then some.

This is a great fridge. Tons of space, great lighting and a very roomy freezer.

My first Samsung unit arrived DOA... it took 2 more days to get a replacement... the floor model. Last weekend my wife pulled the freezer open, put a couple items in and shut it. She didn't notice the drawer popped open after she walked away, and we didn't here the alarm till muc later... long enough for everything to melt. I pulled the draw open and noticed a yellow sponge with an indentation and a plastic clip under the freezer basket... thinking something had been knocked loose I attempted to find a home for the wayward part... which ended with a giant head scratching. I propped a heavy bucket against the draw to keep it shut till I could call a repair man.... only to pull the bucket away a few hours later to put replacement food in the freezer and what did I find... the freezer drawer that wouldn't stay shut no matter what we did now stays shut. I ended up not calling the repair company since now it was working fine... still don't know what the part is for, packing material?

This is my first new refrigerator and works great. The only issue I have with it is that there are only a few shelf level choices and for the door storage especially. Sometimes it is like playing Tetris to figure out where to put things.

We love the freezer drawers and having such a wide fridge space.

I love my Samsung refrigerator! It fits perfectly next to my cabinets, has great lighting, and I LOVE the bottom freezer! The french doors also make it so convenient to see all my food clearly. What a great clearance buy!

Bought this to replace a 10 y.o. GE - freezer would inexplicably not work randomly. The Samsung RF217ACPN fit perfectly into the existing space and came with free haul-away service. The french-door design with the freezer drawer at the bottom makes perfect sense as we place or remove food items from the chiller section more frequently than the freezer. The chiller section gives you a frendly series of bings should you leave the door(s) open for too long and you can open either side of the door at one time (or both at the same time) thus ensuring minimum energy loss. Delivery was on-time and the guys were courteous, careful and efficient.

Two thumbs up.. This fridge not just meet but exceeded our expectations, from the delivery, installation and day to day use.. nothing to complain and we are glad that we get this refrigerator without hesitation..

This is a good value for the money, but had it been thought out a little more, it would have been great. The lack of flexability in the upper area storeage could be changed to make it phenominal, and the freezer would have been better if the pull out drawer would be eliminated, and the door opened thereby giving a lot better freezer storage.

I wished I had gotten a fridge that had water delivery...i miss it. Secondly, the shelves adjustments are limited so I can't make a big shelf. Milk ONLY fits in the door pockets. Otherwise it's a great fridge...no problems.

We absolutely love our new frig, it looks amazing. There is lots of space in the fridg and freezer. We also like the twin cooling feature. Purchase was easy and quick, would definately purchase from Best Buy again.

everything is great, just the short spacing between shelves that you cant adjust might be a problem for some people. its not for us, because we can store the tall things in the bottoms of the doors, such as a jug of milk or carton of orange juice.. but if you have a lot of tall items, you may want a different refrigerator. works 100% great for us though. ice maker in bottom freezer.

Needed a fridge that would fit a tight space and still wanted the style and convenience of the French door style. This fridge fits the bill perfectly! Not to mention the delivery guys were great!

Pleased with the whole Best Buy process. Everyone from the salesmen to the delivery personnel was very professional and understanding. Our carpenter made our opening too small for the refrigerator we wanted but Best Buy came through and we were able to find one that fit. Many thanks for your kindness and understanding.

Has a modern simple design and has many shelves and designed that alot can go in but without clutter Like the freezer on bottom Just works well in our home
