I am enjoying this refrigerator but originally got it in black and handles chipped with white showing through. Stainless steel much better. Freezer drawers hold a lot. Difficult to fit lots of tall items in refrigerator portion but can make do.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. I chose not to have the inside icemaker hooked up. Wish I could use that space for storage. Some wasted space there.

We are sold on Samsung products. This French door refrigerator is easy to use and is very quiet. It is a stainless steel product but doesn't show fingerprints because of new finish.

We replaced a built in Sub Zero that was larger. There were limited options for counter depth refrigerators in black. We are happy with our purchase, and feel that we got good value for our purchase. We wish that there were more options in black counter depth fridges. As a side note the first fridge that was delivered was a lemon. After less than a week of use, we contacted Best Buy about the problems; and in less than a week our lemon was removed, and a new fridge which has been working great was delivered.

This fridge is a very good item lots of good points to it energy efficent and the fact that it was a twin cool unit was the selling point to me.

So far - I have had the fridge about 2 months - I am well-pleased with my new Samsung refrigerator. It runs quietly and makes lots of ice. The water line hook-up was simple and several fittings came with the fridge, but I just hooked-up to my existing line from my old unit, using what I already had. I thought that it might be slow to make ice, but after about 18 hours, it started dumping ice about every 70 minutes. We have more ice than we can use, even on Sundays when we have 15 glasses or more glasses to keep full. I bought mine at Best Buy. They were $100 cheaper than Sears. I have since found the same unit on-line with free shipping for several hundred dollars less than what I paid.

Overall a good buy. We were looking to replace a very old refrigerator which had put out pops hums and liquid flow sounds for many years. This one is better but not by as much as we hoped.

Runs quite n keeps the whole produce fresh. I like that it has an automatic ice maker. It fits in the space designed for a smaller size fridge.

Very Small shelves, freezer door extremely noisy when opening and closing. Not good for storing gallons or large items. Must remove one shelf to be able to even place regular bottled water! Overall not worth the prize!!

Great refrigerator for the price. Ample space in refrigerator. The freezer has a top shelf that slides which is great for easy access for items (ice, popsicles) used more often.

It's roomy and I love the see through veggie bins! The freezer ice maker however makes I've and it all sticks together in one big mass. Also I wish the freezer was a tad bigger

I love the design, is very spacious. Doors easily shut, I doubt have to worry about them not sitting correctly and all the food spoiling.

Refrigerator design is great. Wanted Freezer on bottom and it's Big for a smaller size double door Refrigerator.

Seems like a good product in the short run! Hopefully it will hold up! No problem with the ice maker! That was a concern from other reviews we read. Buy it you will like it!

The fridge itself is fine. It's not spacious enough for soup pots though. Also there is no egg shelf. It was a rush decision because we needed a fridge like yesterday.

I bought this fridge because a friend had the same one and I really liked it. I love the French doors and the large freezer.

store was great , company that makes this product horrible, they will give you a run around if ask for owners manual , claim they are going green yet new product does not have person that pays for it wants it and is told would cost almost $50 to have it sent my way. Now this was to have everything in if I want it any other way , I need to take a chance and down load it on my computer , use up space and be thankful I got it at all. They dropped the ball BIG time when refused a customer their right to the owners manual in effort for them to save dollars. many may not use , yet some of us do and at the very least should be an option like when you go to hotels. I will not be getting their products in future but still think and will shop with best buy they are a wonderful place that strive to help you as best they can. Make sure you get the geek squat coverage if you pay for it ....you may need them , for this company is horrible from what i have seen.
