After weighing the costs and benefits of each soundbar, I decided to upgrade to this newer model, which turn out to have been a very good decision. I installed a "floating" style shelf for the wall area below our 75" television, and set up this soundbar in a couple of minutes. I had to refer back to the instructions because I was certain I'd missed something, but nope, it really was that easy. The remote control is simple and intuitive, and the sound quality is dramatically better than what the television was producing without this soundbar. Highly recommended.

Sound quality is great though. Would be nice if my Samsung TV remote could be used to control volume instead of having another remote

I would say my audio quality is 4 out 5 stars, I'm happy but know if I used a cable it would be awesome. So giving this 5 stars because it was super easy to set up, including a Firmware upgrade that I did right away. It's beautiful looking as well, discreet and blends in on top the cabinet it's on. If you want value, simple, but quality - this is a GREAT Sound Bar.

It was on sale when I bought it and has seemed to be well worth the reduced price and probably the normal list price as well. Although I hope not to need to buy another one anytime soon, if I had to I would buy this one again.

Went with this one because the design was nice the wife would probably appreciate that. Also doesn't have a sub so I feel like the quality of the actual bar is better. They enjoy it - sounds great and obviously a vast improvement over the TV speakers!

But I love the design, and the Music / Standard / Smart modes seem to be perfectly tuned for whatever I’m listening to.

Touch-sound function is very unreliable (even with a samsung smart phone). Considering the time and effort to establish connection with touch sound, you may just want to forget this function and connect via bluetooth mannually

Please note that when the mobile device is in power-saving mode, the Tap Sound function does not work. Also, the Tap Sound function may not work if there are devices near the Soundbar that cause radio interference such as electric devices. Make sure devices that may cause radio interference are
placed at a sufficient distance away from the Soundbar.
