Worth addition to your soundbar

Adding these to my existing soundbar now i get a complete Home theatre experience. Its good for medium sized room. For large room it might not be that good a fit.

Itdidn;t sound right, so I returned everything and went with a different brand. The receiver did connect to the soundbar immediately. This item was not the problem

My mother has some hearing issues and these satellites definitely help her catch some sounds better. Overall sound quality is very good.

9100 speakers

I’ve never written a bad review on anything I’ve bought but these speakers have me very confused. I had originally bought the Samsung 9500 speakers to go with my sound bar to discover they wouldn’t work even tho it’s a 2021 model. So I researched speakers that would and exchanged them for the 9100. I wasn’t happy about it because they we’re smaller and had to hook with cables, took the chance. I can hardly hear them after hooking up. Like have to put right by ear. I researched all day to see if I have to do something did all suggestions mentioned but nothings working. I tried all . If anyone has these and knows what to do please let me know. I’m going to keep trying

Thank you for choosing Samsung's SWA-9100S Rear Kit and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the volume of the rear speakers. By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode. Depending on your soundbar model, you may or may not have DRC.
4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the Sound Control button on the soundbar remote (looks like a gear), then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
