And the worst part is that I took the speakers to my country of residence (Venezuela); What I’m supposed to do now !

Please know the SWA-9100S is compatible with the following 2021 Soundbar models: HW-Q600A, HW-A650, HW-A550, HW-A450, S50A, S60A and is backwards compatible with the following 2020 soundbar models: HW-Q900T, HW-Q800T, HW-Q70T, HW-S60T.
If the rear speaker kit is not compatible with your soundbar, I would recommend you contact Best Buy directly for assistance. We hope your issue is resolved in a timely manner.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung SWA-9100S Rear Speaker Kit. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the surround sound system.
By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode. Depending on your soundbar model, you may or may not have DRC.
4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the Sound Control button on the soundbar remote (looks like a gear), then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

Movies that support 5.1 surround sound awesome with these rear speakers. I watched Brave with my daughter after hooking these up and was amazed how much volume and depth these little speakers produce.

These are NOT bad by any means, they just don't deliver the same punch as say the $300 ones. If you really want true HD cinema sound, maybe get some more expensive ones, but if this is your Budget, these are good too.

The soundbar does over power these by a lot. So you need to turn up the rear speaker setting to 6. Although its still very low it will definetly sound better.

The highest you could go was volume +6 and you couldn't even hear it unless it was right next to your head. Yes, it was set up right. The item didn't come with instructions how to turn up the volume. I had to go to youtube to see how.
