    I own three variations of Samsung curved TVs. 55”, 65” and 75”. It connected perfect to my 55” I bought in 2015. So in 2017 I upgraded to a 65” and bought an extra speaker and no matter how hard you tried it would only connect using that flimsy fiber optic cable that only worked half the time. Same thing when it came to the 75” why?

    The sound was not bad, but it just wasn’t enough. I really think 2.1 was not enough.

    Led display went out within 2 months and now the whole thing is dead. I've had it hooked up for 6 months. Definitely not happy for spending $200 on now a paper weight.

    First of all we had a terrible time trying to set it up. Once we did get it set up It was very disappointing the sound quality was very poor! we returned it

    Open box product didn’t work

    It was an open box product final got it set up than the next day it stopped working really upset I didn’t get my money back they gave me store credit

    Subwoofer had to be repaired, and also had the sound bar repaired, both not working, parts needed to be replaced!!!

    All I can say is wow. This soundbar is top notch. Easy setup. Sound quality is great. Wireless subwoofer is very nice. Connecting to a Bluetooth device like your cellphone is simple and listening to music sounds absolutely amazing. The included remote is simple and easy to use. Overall I have no complaints with this soundbar. For its price point, it is a great buy. I would highly recommend it.

    This is actually the first sound bar I ever purchased. But the sound is brilliant! It's great for a bedroom, I would probably consider a Bluetooth, wireless sound bar for living room area, etc...over all Samsung products never disappoint!

    Perfect for small homes

    It’s a pretty little sound system for your home. I have been using it for 3 years now and it is still sounding the same. It sounds better with Amazon and Netflix 4K content that have high quality sound. It’s Dolby system is Amazing and I will surely recommend it.

    OUTSTANDING SOUND QUALITY

    You're missing out on great sound without a good soundbar or surround sound system. TV speakers are NOT good enough period. I can hear commentary for sport games along with sound effects on the field so much more clearly with this sound bar. Same with music, movies, This sounds better than my 1000 watt Dolby 5.1 Sony surround sound system with JBL speakers which which are between 7-9 years old. I didn't expect sound quality this good from a 2.1 soundbar with Wireless subwoofer, bluetooth connection to phone so i can play just about any song I want through my phone on YouTube is something i didnt have before. I could have added 120 more watts of power and loudness from Samsung for only $40 more though... Now I also know i could have gotton 1000 watt 5.1 surround sound for not much more.... ughhhhhh.... Bottom line is great quality.

    We've had this sound bar attached to our TV for 4 years! No problems and excellent sound. I can put music on the TV and fill the house with it because of this sound bar. The sound from the TV before attaching this was very inadequate. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Lacking a few features

    Doesn't have HDMI outputs which I needed (ARC) so I got the next model up (R550), but it does sound great for the price, also lacks more sound modes, just standard, surround, and smart, no night mode. I originally bought the Sony ht-ct290 but the bass was flat while listening to music, this has great bass for the price.

    Worked nicely when it stayed connected to my BT or Optical. Not always consistent though. Now I have to use two remotes. One for my Samsung TV and one for this Soundbar.
