Has pretty decent sound, works with my Samsung TV remote. The subwoofer could use a little more oomph, but not bad for the price.

I purchased the Samsung sound bar for the 50 inch Samsung 4k HD TV I bought the family for Christmas. I purchased it at Bestbuy and installed it that same day. The sound bar was easy to connect to the TV and provides very good sound quality. The sound bar is configured to turn on when the TV is on. I am very satisfied with both Samsung products.

Bought this to go along with our new HDTV we purchased...considering flat screens don't have the best quality speakers. This sound bar and sub supplement the sound perfectly! I blue tooth my phone to listen to music online or use the apps on the smart TV to stream music and the sound is loud, sharp, and great! I listen to it quite loud while cleaning house and it sounds great!

Great sound easy to set up and got it for a great price

Bought this at Best Buy. Got it as one of the door busters during Christmas. Easy to hook up. Works great. The only reason I do not give this 5 stars is that my direct TV remote would not turn off the soundbar when I turned off the TV. Had to get another remote. Not a problem though. I was able to pick up a Harmony Universal remote at a ridiculous cheap price

Well I got this during black Friday week and even though the Sales Associates said they were out and I could only get it in a bundle, I happened to find one randomly in the store. I paid around $140 for it. I am very happy it goes with my new Samsung 55" Series 8 TV. The sound is pretty amazing for being a 4 series.

I wanted to purchase a surround sound system at at a different retailer, however for the price I payed the quality of sound and clarity of this product saving 2,500.00 dollars was the best choice I've made. I am pleased with my Samsung TV & sound bar purchased from Best Buy ;) I am in surround sound heaven.

This sound bar provides a decent quality of sound, with a simple yet sufficiently comprehensive set of controls on the remote. The remote control is also well designed for "dark room" control. The set up of the unit to a smart TV is also relatively simple. There were a couple of confusing directions, but I was able to figure them out.

I made my purchase on line at Best Buy. I had been looking for a sound bar and wireless sub-woofer for some time now. Waiting for the right price. I found this one on line with several prices associated with it. The original price was $270.00 on sale for $179.00. They also listed several open box items. One was listed for $105.00 in excellent condition. after reading the reviews on the unit i decided to purchase it. It came in a few days which made me very happy. As for being all wireless, it depends on the TV you have. I guess my TV although a Samsung is not compatible to the soundbar. I had to attach a Hdmi cable from the tv to the soundbar. The Sub-woofer is supposed to be wireless but I could not get it to sync to the soundbar. I called Samsung and they walked me through the process but it still would not Sync. They had send me a UPS lable to send it back for repairs. Well within a week it was returned and i connected everything and it connected with no problem. The sound is great weather listening to the TV or the bluetooth for music. So far after the hic up with it, I'm happy. BUYER BEWARE OF A FLOOR MODEL.

Purchased this during Cyber Week as it was on sale for a terrific price, and so far I'm lovin' it. It was easy to setup, even without the manual as mine was an open box. The hardest part being learning how to turn the volume up and down using the remote. The volume button on the remote is a rocker that can also be depressed to mute; however, it doesn't resemble a rocker at first, so I kept muting until I figured out I could push it forwards and backwards. The sound is rich, clear, and full, and while there are only five preset listening modes, I find them adequate for movies, sports, and music. The system will turn on automatically if the input matches the way you have your tv hooked up to it. For example, I connected mine via the included optical sound cord. So if I set the input to d.in which stands for digital optical in, it turns on when the tv does. To sum up, it's a quality budget system if you can find it on sale.

Listened to three different tiers of the Samsung soundbar in store. The lowest tier didn’t sound good. And the middle (this one) and top tier sounded almost the same. So decided on this one. Easy to set up. And sounds good. Glad I saved a few bucks going with this one.

It install immediately to my Samsung tv that was purchased this year. Upon installing the tv source was somehow changed and upon reconnecting to signal source everything worked great. We are hearing sounds that we never heard before and sound is clearer.

Very happy with this soundbar. I recently had to part ways with my Bose Soundtouch 120 due to moving and didn't have a place in my new home for the 120. Serious bummer, I LOVED the Soundtouch 120. In short, I was looking for something affordable and compact enough to sit on a fireplace mantle on our main floor in our single family home. Meanwhile, was looking for something that would sync well with a Samsung 4k 55" television, a Samsung 4k Blu-ray player, has decent sound, and with enough inputs (HDMI, optical, aux) to satisfy me, and a very key factor...having a wireless subwoofer. Easy list, right? The subwoofer needed to sit in an enclosed cabinet, so it was non-negotiable. Most soundbars have wireless subs anymore anyway, so it wasn't a concern really. Either way, I don't have a place to run cords through a wall, or hide them if they're exposed so for those of you in the same boat, this one fit the bill. First glance on the BB website, this soundbar met all criteria, and came in for a more cost effective price than Samsung's 450 version of this sound bar. The only difference is, the 430 soundbar has a 6.5" wireless sub, the 450 has a 7". You're not missing much between those two woofer sizes, so for the money and getting this as an open item for $120 during the MLK holiday sale, this was a no-brainer. My father in law has the Samsung 360 soundbar in his home and have heard his soundbar countless times. That one is a terrific entry level model, but has a fabric casing on the soundbar. I was going for the metal enclosure the 430, 450, and on up all have. From there, I tried out essentially all other Samsung soundbars at various Best Buy stores throughout the Chicago area, from bottom tier pricing (the Samsung 360), up to their $1,000 sound bars. None of the stores I visited had the 430 available on the floor to hear, unfortunately. However, spending time between the 360 and 450, I felt very comfortable and knowing what to expect with the 430. So it was delivered quickly and ready to be unpacked and ready to go. Once I got it hooked up and going (which is five minutes unpacked, plugged in, and listening) I did find that it took about a month or so of solid usage to get this thing to "break in". Many of you know this, but essentially all speakers need a basic break-in period, and this sound bar is no different. Speed up to today, a month in to using, my wife and I are very pleased with this - it's easy to use, sounds great, one remote controls our TV, soundbar power & volume, and cable box, and is beyond loud enough (and clear enough) to provide ample power for not only our entire first floor, but our entire house. There's enough power here, trust me. There's enough variety in its settings between Sports, Movie, etc. that you should be satisfied. Also, I can confirm the Bluetooth on this works extremely well. I have an iPhone 8, paired with the soundbar with no hiccups, and was able to test how far it would reach by walking upstairs to my master bedroom...didn't fail or drop. Last step, I mounted this below my television with the included mounting kit. Again, no hiccups - they provide you with step by step instructions. Find a stud (if you can), or anchor it, drill a couple holes, attach the plastic mounting wheels, and you're good to go. Finally, I am considering buying this same soundbar for our master bedroom to be paired with, surprise, a Samsung 40" LED. Same scenario - in our master there's no places to hide cords or run behind a wall, so, same needs. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, well equipped soundbar than can provide enough power to do a small room, large room, bedroom, office, living room, basement, etc.

I bought this because the speaker on my tv blew. I have always used the tv speaker on every television i have owned. I hooked up the soundbar (extremely easy set up) and was amazed at how good it sounded. I am buying one for my other television asap.

This soundbar is a pretty efficient for the price tag of $129. It will not blow you out of the room, but has enough sound to make you smile. Great sound for the price and continued satisfaction with Samsung products.

Purchased this soundbar to upgrade the weak sound from my tv and as a better option for bluetooth sound than earbuds when around the house. Definitely not powerful but perfect for what I wanted and very easy to set up and pair with other devices.

The sound on the sound bar is very clear and it sounds great! However the sub wasn't as loud as I thought it was going to be. I turned it all the way up, but with the size of my living room it just wasn't big enough or loud enough. I bet it would be great in a smaller room.

I am very happy with the sound from the Samsung Soundbar system with 6.5 wireless subwoofer! I ordering it on black Friday for an incredible savings and am thrilled with the product. Works great creating amazing sound for my living room tv!

The 2.1 speaker sounds quite good for the price and fills the living room with sound pretty well. Works best with a Samsung TV. The sub woofer connects easily with the bar. My friend has trouble connecting his, but it was q quick fix after reading the use manual.

I got this item for a good price but I was a little hesitant at first, however when I got it connected and played music on it I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase, easy to install and great sound for a small place like mine
