If you are referring to the Optical Cable, a common reason that it appears to not be working is that there is a small cap on the connector end that needs to be removed. Please check for the cap.

Great sound

Better instructions might have caused me to overcome my ignorance.

To correct sound-TV syncing: Use the "Sound Control" button on the remote control and select AUDIO SYNC. Use the < and > arrow buttons to set the audio delay between 0ms and 300ms.

good size sound bar for a bedroom
