The sound bar was kind of an add on for us but, thank God we did. Makes you feel like you're at the movies!!

I wanted to hear every pop, bam, boom, whiz, and scream in movies. Also, this enhanced my music channels too.

Samsung lives up to its name with this great sound bar. Love the subwoofer that comes with it. I only use this in place of my TVs sound. Very powerful and excellent sound. Plenty of settings to tune to your liking. Very happy about buying this product. Remember to take the plastic tips off the digital optic cord if you use it to connect to tv as I'm connected that way. It comes packaged with those as protection with the cord. Now go out and buy yourself one!

Sounds great with music vocals sound a little muffled at times but otherwise huge improvement over television speakers

We have had this same sound bar for a couple years and really like it, so we purchased this one for a Christmas gift.

Flat screen TVs are so fantastic after the many years of the big hulking monsters of the past but for every good thing there is often an offset and it is that their built in speakers are so thin the sound quality is poor. The Samsung sound bar remedies that with pure crisp sound that can be adjusted as with a fine stereo. It really makes the TV come alive. If you are buying a new thin line profile TV make sure you get a sound bar, you won't be sorry

Had problems with the installation. However, once I got it working was really impressed with the sound quality.

This is our first soundbar system (had been simply using tv speakers on Panasonic plasma flatscreen) and I'm kicking myself for not buying this sooner. The sound clarity & surround sound feel is so much better - it's really no comparison. The different sound modes (Movie-Sports-Night-Music, etc) is a cool feature that we use often. I highly recommend this & we're looking forward to adding compatible speakers soon for an ever fuller surround sound feel.

Decent sound for the price point, definitely an improvement over the TV speakers. Works well with a recent Samsung TV.
