So far the sound bar works well. But the instruction manual on setup is poor. Had to call Samsung for clarification. Not being an electronics wiz kid, did not know the optical cables had caps on them that must be removed or they won't fit in the slot. Simple statement to that effect would have been nice. Then for the life of me I could not get the remote to work. Turns out, the sound bar has to be sitting in the proper position for the Remote signal tor reach it. Typically Manufacturers put their logo on the PART THAT is supposed to FACE FRONT. Not on this item. A logo is on the top, when the bar is properly positioned. Who knew? So after 30 minutes on phone to Samsung, they sent me a new remote, which will sit in its box until I lose the first one because now that the sound bar is positioned properly, the original remote works perfectly. Other than that I am happy with the sound and the subwoofer.

You can't beat this sound bar for the price. It sounds great, and was very easy to set up. I had it up and running in less than five minutes. If you're looking for theatre quality, then this is not the soundbar for you. But this will make movie watching much better. For 180 dollars you really can't beat this.

This little sound bar puts out a decent sound for the price point. Don't expect earth shattering sound, but for the price it was a great deal. I call it good enough for home use. It won't blow away your friends, but does a really nice job from football games to syfi bass rumblings when the thrusters spin up!

The sound bar altho small has a great sound. The sub gives a room filling bass. Bass ,treble and sub volume are adjustable with the remote. If you plan to use the optical connection. Remove the white rubber tips from each end of the cord. It is not noted in the directions and the plugs won't fit properly

Bought this on sale end of November. Did not have the issue with bass which I read in other reviews. Initially there was little to no bass but reading instructions can do wonders. Adjusted the setting and we gave decent bass, very good volume, and integration with our Panasonic TV...great value for money.

An improvement over the internal speaker quality of my 32" Samsung, and most importantly provides some much-needed low end. Not much to offer in the mids. Also, the subwoofer sometimes fails to auto-on, requiring me to reset the soundbar to establish a link. Otherwise, it's nice for sounds and music in a 10' x 8' room.

Works well. Bluetooth feature makes it easy to play music from your phone. Also pairs well with Xbox

I purchased this soundbar system for the great price and reviews. I was not disappointed. The soundbar easily mounts to the wall and has enough power to fill my large living room space. The only negative for me is that the power auto-link appears to sometimes turn itself on, resulting in my soundbar turning on randomly in the middle of the night. I believe plugging the optimal cable directly into the tv would avoid this, but it’s not an option for me.

Great Christmas gift. Got a great price on it on Thanksgiving night! It has worked great ever since!

The sound quality is solid for the price. As many people have said, you really have to play with the settings. I added the rear speaker package which added to the over feel of a surround like sound. I got this for $90 after an open box special and a $10 off BB coupon. For that price this is an excellent deal.

I was really pleased with the overall quality of this soundbar. The design was seamless on my entertainment system, the wireless subwoofer is responsive and easily managed without extra wires. Sound quality is premium. Best I've heard in years. Including an optical cable was also just a nice touch.

We bought this to go with our Samsung smart tv. We had an older sound bar which had stopped working properly, so we chose this one as a replacement. The set up was so simple and this works perfectly with the tv. We like this one so much better than the old one I wish we had it from the beginning!

This system sounds great. The sub woofer has a good amount of bass. When listening in the store I did not think there was much better sound quality for the more expensive models and I was happy with my decision. I have 18 foot ceilings in my living room and it still sounds great and fills the room.

The unit had a very good sales price at the time. I listened to three of your in-house units in this price range. This unit was easy to set up except for the wireless connection to the sub-woofer. It took many time to pair, but it finally functioned and is working now. It has a great sound for its size.

Packaged great,getting started with set up was easy i didnt even use instructions,pulled every thing out and started with wall mount for sound bar,I consider my self to be a skilled diy person on a scale of 1 to 10 a score of 7,it took about 10 min. To get a level and a drill and tape to hold template on wall to drill holes for the mount,it made it very easy to do no measures to be made just level.if not mounting on wall all that is not needed,just lay it on your tv stand or mantle or what ever you have,then i went to the sub i put it in the corner of the room at a 45 angel it makes sound bounce of 2 walls I think it makes better sound that way,powed it up it took mabe 1 minute connecting to my Samsung s6 active absolutely no trouble in doing this,and thus beening why I purchased it as my 2nd one in our home our other one is 5 1/2 yrs old still playing strong love Samsung surround sound systems with buletooth in them,I stream Spotify,Netflix,DirectTV,and YouTube on ours and all sound great ♪♫♪♬

Works great, I use it on my projector for movie nights and the quality of the sound is great.

Clear sound, deep bass. I have paired to wireless rest speakers and everything sounds amazing.

After growing tired of and, quite frankly, lack of use of my home theater system in my livingroom (Bose Acoustimass speakers and Yamaha receiver) I decided to give a soundbar a try. Because my tv is a Samsung and I enjoy it so much, I decided to stick with a Samsung soundbar. I'm so glad I did because it made the set up extremely easy and my tv was able to connect with it wirelessly... a pleasant surprise. I have been using the soundbar a little over a month now and I have to say that I really, really like it! I read a few complaints that it didnt provide enough bass but for me, it has been more that enough. Will it rattle your windows? Not hardly.... but for me its just enough. Watching movies and playing Xbox One have been great and I really haven't missed my old surround system at all. This soundbar (or probably ANY soundbar) isnt going to satisfy any audiophile or home theater geek (and I use geek in a good way)... BUT for the casual user that wants a much better sound experience that they would ever get with the standard tv speakers, this thing is AWESOME. It's also great for listening to music via a smart tv app like Spotify or the music choice type channels that cable and satellite carriers provide. For the price and performance, I would definitely recommend this system!

I had been wanting a speaker system for my TV. After getting this one and hooking it up, which was really easy, it's working well. It's really good for watching movies with big sound. I wasn't looking for theater-quality, but this system gives a good experience right in my living room.
